Stewart's Restaurant Greenview — Restaurant in Camdenton

Not sure if my bad experience was a waitress issue, or a company training issue. My waitress, Tiffany, was all over the place, sarcastic, and inattentive. They were busy and she was waiting on 3 tables including mine. I took my 3 year old neice with me to breakfast so she could have a pancake since she had been begging all morning and we had time to stop and eat. It took 20 minutes to get our order in, it took another 20 minutes to get our food (initially our order was messed up, so it took extra time for them to fix it), and the other waitress had to keep my coffee warm and give us a straw for my neice's orange juice since our waitress was not being very attentive. When it was time to pay, I waited at our table for about 10 minutes with my card ready before I finally got up and brought my ticket to the counter to pay. My waitress didn't like that and made sure I knew that next time they will grab my ticket from the table. Thanks dear, but there won't be a next time. Not going here again. Everything was really good except they got kind of confused when I told the waitress what my order was I wanted a double order of french toast on the same plate and some bacon in a great big glass of milk and the Dr pepper well she brought me one plate of French toast not the double order I ordered and she was kindly embarrassed so she ran back to the kitchen and they hurried up and cooked me another order of french toast which finally came but my other order I was going to eat with it started getting cold so I'll try it again maybe they'll get it right next time but if you've never been to Stewart's it's a wonderful restaurant they have a great atmosphere it looks like they could handle the crowds in there they had quite huge tables the restaurant itself was about half full when I came in go out there and bring a friend and...

We have eaten at other locations of Stewart's, in Osage Beach and Bagnell Dam. We arrived at 11:50. We were seated at a table and it took a few minutes to get our drinks and order. We both ordered a half diet plate, which is on the menu. People around us were eating. We waited for over 40 minutes for our food. People who came in after us had their food and were eating. After 40 minutes, we asked that our food be boxed up because we had to leave. We had to wait for them to box it up to take. We were then told sorry we only have one cook today.
