I can tell you the major problem with this location is leadership. They have maybe 1 or 2 out 5 for customer service. If that was not enough, this store puts less ingredients in there food than is required. Most likely this is so they can maintain their employee discount if I had my guess. If there profit is not high enough they lose their discounts. Using less ingredients than directed gives a false perception of making enough income since the ingredients last longer. To corporate: Your manger and employees for this store is losing you money. Customers don't come back because the food is not done right and when they call to complain they are considered being a problem by your staff at the store. Just had the worst restaurant experience of my life so I just wanted to thank your company for that. I spent a half an hour just waiting for someone to come to the window, the food was wrong, and they acted like it was my fault when I wanted them to make things right. They gave me the choice of the food or a refund when it should have been a more satisfactory solution. Your employees clearly do not care, as I took the food and it's the worst pizza I have ever tasted. When I was complaining about the customer service I was threatened to be trespassed from the property. So no worries, I won't be back. I will be telling everyone about this experience. My town was better off without a pizza hut. I've been loyal since the 90s but from now on I'll be eating at and supporting dominos. They out pizza the hut it seems

I doordash and Every time I come here I see the same man sitting in the corner of the dining room playing on his phone, when i asked the young lady who he was she replied with "hes our store manager." I feel bad for this crew you can feel stress in the atmosphere during the day when he's there mostly seems like one person works while he plays on his phone. However I been doing some dinner dashes and you can instantly see the difference, the night manager is a lady and the whole crew works together. You here laughter and the food quality shows.
