Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Campbellsville

This place is horrible. I’ve had complaints and when asked to speak to the store manager been told they aren’t there yet I could see them trying to hide in the back. They are supposed to have hot and fresh pizza and that’s not always the case. Many times I’ve got old pizza that had sat in their warmers. I’ve had orders randomly cancelled and when I show up to get it nothing is ready. This just happened As recently as the end of Jan 2019.

Over Super Bowl Sunday 2019 I placed an order. The online system wasn’t working so I called at 11am to place an order to be ready at 6pm. My wife picks this pizza up a few minutes early and brings it home. First they wouldn’t honor the free 2 liter the online site offers when it was no ones fault but theirs the online system wasn’t working. Then she gets the pizza home and it was at least 30 minutes old, cold, soggy and the pretzel crust pizza was missing topping on the top yet drowned in butter on the crust. The breadsticks, well let’s just say I’ve had stale bread softer. I contact corporate they tell me to fill out this feedback survey. I did and I never heard back after multiple times of following up, no refund was ever issues and no offer to even give me what I ordered free next time was offered.

This is the last time I order from there. The people there are rude, I know they recently changed format so they got new shirts but I’ve seen some questionable and frankly disgusting uniforms, managers constantly avoid customers if there is a complaint I’ve seen it happen with more than just me and their corporate office isn’t in the business of taking care of the customer.

I love the pretzel crust but I also love a fresh, hot meal better. I won’t spend money at a place who doesn’t care if their customers are happy and their managers can’t manage or just try and avoid you all together.

Maybe over time they can get a grip on this place but over the course of the last few years I’ve seen it make many changes yet the food and service don’t seem to change much. It’ll get better for a short time then go right back to the same way and I’m sick of giving them another chance just to have the same outcome. Hopefully your experience is better than mine cause mine is constantly not pleasing and I’m not hard...

The worst little Caesars. If you want great service and great pizza take the drive to the one in Lebanon. They are nice friendly and always great food. Tonight will be the last time I ever go to the one in Campbellsville. We had the worst experience. They took our order told us to pull forward for the total. We sat at the window for 9 mins . This little boy with glasses came over and asked what we wanted we told him we had order . He told we didn't order. He got smart mouth real quick .then he was started yelling for someone to come take our order because he was going to lose it with us. At the same time slamming the window shut in my husband s face. Then a dark haired woman came over and asked the same thing. We told her what our order was and then I asked her what the boys name is so I could report the problem correctly. But she told us that it was aloud to. Ask her name same reply. But she had no problem giving her distinct management name and number. Then she gave our money back . I just want to say I am Incredibly Dissappointed in the Service I got tonight how are you gonna take my Call In Order which im a Loyal Customer there my Kids love the Pizza There But you Tell me my Order will be ready in 30 minutes so I waited and got there at 8:00 to makes sure I gave you all enough time on my Order. Just to get there with No Warning Employees not Letting me Explain that I had placed a Call in Order to not get it at all.
