Ordered: osceola pizza and cannoli dip. Shared with one other person.

This pizza was very mediocre and flavorless. Toppings mostly raw, pizza cold right out of the oven. Im not a pizza chef but id have to say the oven temps were too high because the bottom of the dough was scorched, but the crust was still rather doughy and a touch undercooked like everything else. Could also be the temp was correct and the dough hadn't properly thawed as i overhead the cooks say the dough was cold. The mozz seemed pretty low quality. This pizza was also missing any level of fat or salt. Like good mozz usually should have at least some fat (flavor).

Prices were also ridiculous for a personal pizza. I get that nh is kind of a pizza desert compared to more metropolitan areas, but I have had better pizza in way higher quantities much cheaper. Note that prices have increased since the photos available on here. I forget the exact figure but expect to pay about 15 dollars for a pizza with 3 toppings.

The dessert was fine. Note that these are not canolis. They are pizelles with a cannoli esque dip. The cookies themselves were overcooked, but...

I’m 35 years old, and up until today I’ve always believed even bad pizza, is good pizza. Tartaglias was life changing. Absolutely the worst “pizza” ive ever had in my life. I would have much preferred even a standard frozen pie. These overpriced personal “pizzas” are tasteless, cold, and the ingredients aren’t even cooked. Basically raw veggies on congealed, cheap mozzarella, flavorless, dry, yet somehow soggy crust, school lunch style globs of frozen sausage, and minimal, bland sauce. The crew working the truck may have been some of the most friendly cats ive encountered at a food truck. Tartaglias has a mural of Sicily and Italy on the side of their truck. Clearly the owners couldn’t even point Italy out on a map. It’s a shame, since it’s almost impossible to make bad pizza; especially for a food...

I highly suggest anyone in the area make time to try their pizza. This place had the best pizza I've eaten in many years. Fresh dough tastes amazing with a perfect sauce and cheese ratio with no greasyness you find on a lot of other pizza. Their Cheese pizza was perfect and the pepperoni pizza was perfect too. We were lucky to be in Lincoln NH on a Wednesday after zip lining and happened to see their pizza truck. We had amazing pizza, so good I decided to make another trip to Campton to their restaurant to share with my 12 yr old son, who said it was the best pizza he's ever had & he's a picky eater. I'll definitely be making more trips from Boston to the white mountains just so I have a reason to come back here. Thank you for your...

Stopped here on my way to the White Mountains. I was traveling with the whole family and my dog. Searching for a dog friendly place along the way Google brought me here. We arrived 30 minutes before closing time and the Staff and Management were so friendly and accommodating to our situation. The backyard open area is awesome, there were other dog owners there and everyone seemed were enjoying the place. I played corn hole with my kids, and my dog made a friend. The pizza is amazing here, and had great drink choices for adults and kids. The owner/manager was awesome, she offered the kids custard, and they were in heaven. This restaurant is now on my must stop by list on my way up north.

Some of the best pizza you are gonna find in Northern New England! It’s a must stop if you want a real good wood fired pizza. This is coming from a guy who grew up on real pizza in the NY/NJ area. This is up there with some of my favorite pizza spots down in New Haven like Pepe’s and Modern pizza. It’s a hidden gem off the exit and it’s cozy inside and out if dining there. If you are heading to or from the White Mountains make sure you put this on your list. Great stuff!

Tried this truck for the first time last night and it was DELICIOUS! Super fresh ingredients, authentic, the way pizza was intended! So friendly - when we ordered one pie without cheese and mentioned that we brought our own plant-based cheese for the vegan in our crew, the owner offered to put it on during assembly. Just all around lovely!
