The food when I have gotten it tastes fine and I have no problems in regards to that, in fact my mother has been patronizing Arby's ever since the original location opened in Youngstown and enjoys your roast beef sandwiches. I must say however that the customer service is lacking, specifically in terms of accountability. The assistant manager was very confrontational and not helpful at all, it is frankly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life unfortunately. The assistant manager directed me to contact Arby's on the phone which effectively sends me in an endless loop with no solution. Customer service said their hands are tied and the assistant manager says the franchisee's hands are also tied. Ultimately, despite the food being fine I just won't patronize Arby's until someone does something to make things right. At which point if ever the situation is rectified, I will rescind or adjust my review accordingly to reflect that. Just 2 cars in front of me & no one behind me. 25 minutes now I'm the next car up & sitting three & sitting there & nothing is happening. Finally after 25 minutes we lull up & asked what was the problem, they said your order came up before the car in front of you so we had to make his order while yours sat & got cold. So window man says we won't charge you for your order, I stolid ok because it wasn't my fault. But as he kept talking, he took his offer back & said just pay half, we're like what did you change this, he said because you said you would pay for it. I should have called the boss above him because we think he was the manager for the moment. It was a horrible experience & we were duped into paying for that order. Read moreThis is my favorite Arby's location. I would come here for lunch while I was working in Canfield. The manager would greet me with a smile and knew me every time I walked in. Her staff was always friendly helpful and patient with me as I tried to decide which wonderful meal I'd order. I came here rather than go to a dozen other places because their service and attitude always lifted me up. I'm sad that since I'm not working in the area any more I won't be able to stop in on a regular basis. Best of luck to you Tami and staff.
