McDonald's — Restaurant in Canfield

I hate to give two different places bad reviews back to back, and this particular McDonald's usually has great food standards, but when I got a call in to get a replacement because my order was cold and then I have to call in again for the very same reason I'm upset. I called in and complained because my hash brown tasted completely over saturated with oil which means they probably haven't changed the grease. The one good thing that I usually get from here for sure every time that is perfect literally the best out of any McDonald's I've ever had is the McGriddles. They're always so fresh and great tasting. So when I called and I told them and explain that the cheese wasn't even melted on my sandwich they tried to call me a wire basically and say that everything was coming hot off the grill. Which was entirely 100% b* because it was the cheese would at least been melted. The griddle buns also weren't their fresh crisp you know just greatness that they usually serve. I'm just really disappointed because I brag about this McDonald's in their quality of food to anybody who says McDonald's is nasty I'm like nope go to that one out and Canfield. Now the manager just insulted my intelligence, just insulted me in general by telling me the b* story that this came fresh off the grill but the cheese wasn't even melted. There was not one apology not one simple act of remorse only them defending themselves. So annoyed. I'll be retracting telling anybody to go here ever again now. Very disappointed. Went to get breakfast here. Was told to pull up to wait for our food. After waiting over 15 minutes, went inside to find out what was taking so long. Was told we were waiting on sausage for the sausage and egg McMuffin. Another 10 minutes goes by, and we were told we were waiting on eggs. After a half hour, we get our food. Not only was the sausage missing from our sausage and egg McMuffin (that we waited a half hour for), but our steak bagel had sausage instead of steak. Took both sandwiches inside and had to grab someone as they walked by to inform them of the mistake, manager had a crappy attitude and had the sausage and egg McMuffin remade. Again I got a sausage bagel instead of steak. Had the receipt and the order on the mobile app, the manager had a hostile attitude and refused to remake the steak bagel and slammed the refund on the counter. By this time, breakfast was over. My fiance tossed the sandwich on the counter and the manager came cussing and screaming out to my vehicle - with my young children in the vehicle (hearing it all). We were traveling and stopped in this place. I have never seen such an unprofessional manager. I will never go back to that McDonald's again. I've never been so disappointed. i have to be a karen real quick. there is absolutely no way i just read a review saying they usually recommend the canfield mcdonald's to people in order to change their mind about mcdonald's. i'm sorry, but this might be the WORST mcdonald's to ever exist, and it has been that way for a long time. of course it happens to be the one i live closest to smh. i've been to a mcdonald's in california or las vegas (i don't remember) where there was trash all over the floor and some employees were literally yelling and getting into a fist fight, and the food was still less disappointing 🤣 so clearly i don't even have high standards. i don't know if yall are just extremely lucky to have something good to say, but my insane self has gone here multiple times expecting a different result, and every time it's the most flaccid, cold, greasy fries the world has to offer. they're constantly getting orders wrong, and sometimes the meat (especially on breakfast sandwiches) is completely mangled like someone ripped the top layer off and just left it dangling off the side WTH🤣 my friend even got a four piece nugget for like $4 (as if each of those ramen flavored nuggets would EVER be worth $1 each) and they gave her 3 nuggets. of course our fries were like soggy shoelaces as well. do the...
