Big Moe's Kitchen - Canton — Restaurant in Canton Township

Ordered jalapeño poppers with my beef brisket sandwich. Got home they gave me truffle fries. The cook I spoke to told me I actually lucked out cause they were truffle parmesan fries and they are great he says. Totally undermining the fact I was not given what I ordered and told well they are great try them. No offer to replace them not even I apologize. He thought I should be honored to get those truffle fries then I explained. Sir I have my own truffle oil and I'm sure it's better quality than yours and I have a fresh brick of parmesan cheese you aren't understanding I ordered poppers you messed up please stop acting as if you did me a favor because I could have ordered regular fries, added my own white AND black truffle oil and my own 10yr aged parmesan. Stop it. He then became insulted I wouldn't just accept his arrogant response that was basically a oh well you got a better product on our mistake. No sir you are incorrect and a horrible arrogant jerk. I guarantee you that young Fella is going to be a arrogant servant for life with that attitude. The bbq brisket sandwich is really great but dealing with his crap no I'm good you lost a frequent customer that was willing to try ALL your menu items and review them with Auntie Hammy Lawanda Hunter who is very well known but I definitely won't be spending my money to promote with people I know treated like he did me a favor screwing up my order. I rarely, if ever, post a review, but I feel compelled to share my experience with the Canton location. I was looking for a restaurant to cater a graduation party. I was searching for something different from the usual grad party food, and I found it at Big Moe’s Kitchen in Canton. The staff were extremely personable and courteous, giving me suggestions and samples to try. Al and the other staff members were absolutely fantastic and they went ABOVE and BEYOND with customer service. They were exceptional, and Al went the extra mile for me by taking the time out of his schedule to deliver a last minute addition to my order on the day of my party. Every single guest at my party raved about the food, and were impressed with the different choices. I ordered the almond chicken, bbq chicken egg rolls and Al was spot on with his suggestion of the smoked brisket sandwiches. They were the hit of my party! I cannot say enough about how awesome Al and the other staff members are, they are a class act for sure. I will tell everyone I know about the delicious food at the Canton location. This is the spot! Highly recommend eating at Big Moe’s Kitchen. I stumbled on Big Moe’s Kitchen - Canton by accident. We were visiting out of town and looked up a place to eat. We were actually going to a neighboring business but quickly decided not to enter. I pivoted my view in the parking lot and on instinct went into Big Moe’s Kitchen. Beyond glad we did. The food was delicious and the portions were large. A great deal for the price of the food. Everything we ordered was flavorful and fresh. The rice tasted home made. The boneless chicken wings were juicy and flavorful. My chicken spicy bowl was spicy enough for me and the sauce on top made it all better.

The establishment was clean and tidy. The bathrooms were impeccable. We had enough food left over for a second meal later in the day. I wish I could eat there again today! I could tell all the food was made with love and care from people who know food. Thank you for sharing your culture and...
