I odered a small honeybake ham w bone enough for 7 people only 3 people tasted It . It was for a meeting after Sunday I picked it up on August 30,2025 for that Sunday August 31,2025.The holiday was Monday so I could not bring it back,on tuesday I had to work the day after holiday did not get off until 6pm to late to go there I took off Wednesday September 3 called about 9:45 am the Canton honey bake Ham store I ask to speak with a manager or Supervisor lady answered said how can I help you never Identified her self or even said her name .I said Good morning she said how can i help youI said are you the Supervisor she said yes rudely I said again Good morning how are you she finally answered ok ho can i help you I explained tho her that the ham was really dry and I did not get a chance to tell her it was like chewing bubble gum, Remind you she was rude she said her name was Ms King terrible Manger. She said what you want me to do?I said get my money back she said no we will weigh it and see what u ate and give u a gift card still rude! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN when I picked up the ham I swear they were mot friendly they act as if they don't like their jobs. First time going here a few days ago after looking online. Did not have what I wanted which is fine but, no one seemed to care to give me other suggestions. My questions were given one to two word answers… staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I end up buying a 63$ ham that I thought was turkey (my fault for not double checking so I gifted it to someone) so I placed an order online for a turkey for a few days later to come home to see that the turkey had NO sweet crunch brown sugar glaze as the description says. Definitely disappointed to spend so much twice not get what I expected both times.
UPDATE: They bottom of the turkey is blue. So I was told I had to place an order on the website, I do so for the first available day which was 2 days later as if it had to be made fresh & the meat is...
Read moreI just left the store. Customer service at its best!! I'm recovering from recent hip surgery and in between using a cane or a walker. I decided to use the cane. A worker probably the cashier came and opened the door for me. Went in the back to get a Ham bone for me. Another worker asked what kind of soup I was making. We chatted about soups and they shared with me the kind of soup mixes they carried. After ringing me up he carried the bag and opened the door again, checking if I needed help to the car.
Granted I was the only customer in the store at the time so it was easier for them to go out of their way to help me but I really appreciated it!!
Customer service used to be the norm, not so much any more so when it does happen I want to recognize it!...
