Subway — Restaurant in Canton Township

I honestly don't even know how to give this rating. When I stepped up to order, the guy called this little girl over maybe 5y/o? To come behind the counter, he gave her gloves and all. I understand that at family restaurants, they may have little kids' help, but at a fast food restaurant?? Then, when it came to order, I got a 6-inch, and the sub itself was great, but the guy only put on 1.5 slices of each meat.. and 1 piece of cheese, but pilled the veggies? I understand that in fast food, you can only put so much, but there are other subways that I go to that give at least 4 slices of each meet. With getting a 6 inch sub with 1.5 pieces of meat for $7.64, I will not be returning. For the service and the amount of meat I got, I'd rate this .5/5 stars if I could! Is this just this store, or is this the effects of Subway’s menu change? First, the person who waited on me had to have everything repeated multiple times, and at every step of the sandwich making process. Many normal things were out of stock. I ended up with shredded cheese on my sandwich. Shredded? Really?! Then he had the gall to say “You can leave a tip.” as I was checking out. That’s an instant “no tip” from me.

The sandwich just tastes “off” like there was old vegetable oil on it. The black olives were mushy. Just not good.

Terrible service. Employees are beyond rude and roll their eyes when customers simply walk through the door, bread is never cooked on time (I suppose in an effort to avert serving customers) so customers end up giving up waiting and leaving with no order, and employees whisper and laugh about customers while serving. It’s ridiculous, disrespectful and the times I have returned, I have hoped for different employees but the same 3 continue to be employed here. This is no way to conduct business.
