i am very unhappy with everything about this place, if i could give it 0 starts i would!! every-time i have come to the canton dairy queen i have had horrible experience. i had gone in with my family about 35 minutes before the lobby closed, i work at a drive thru and i know how it is. we had ordered our food, our ice cream came out before any of our food did. then when the food did come out i had gotten a combo meal and they got my burger wrong, and i did not get any kind of cup, i had to ask for them to redo my burger and get me a cup. i was very polite and i said thank you about 5 times and they didn’t say any type of your welcome just walked away. they didn’t even tip out melted ice cream upside down so we did get a free blizzard cupon, but i did not get a sorry and nobody came up to us to apologize. as we finished up eating it was 10 minutes before the lobby closed, a employee came up to us telling us that they closed in 10 minutes witch i was aware of, it says the hours on the door and online. so i told this employee that i knew and we would be out by the time they close. nobody was in the drive thu it was just us inside. 2 of the employees in the back of the store were screaming “we close in 10 minutes “ right before the other employee had come up to us. i also told the employee we heard them screaming, then they turned up the music too loud. if you think about coming here ever do not waste your time go to taco...
Read moreWell, it looks like I'm not the only one who thinks the goth girl needs to go! I tried 4 times to say I wanted powerade & not soda. She couldn't hear me & kept saying a different pop everytime. Thought she finally got it right. Drove up to the window & was not handed a powerade. I said this isn't powerade. She told me "you said Mt. Dew" no I did not. I was not drinking pop at the time b/c I was pregnant & diabetic. All she had to do was say sorry & take the wrong drink back & give me the one I asked for. Instead she started yelling & arguing with me that I said Mt. Dew. Finally, she rolled her eyes & gave me a nasty look & shouted "well, I couldn't hear!" & she slammed the drive thru window so hard it bounced back open.. I was flabbergasted. I have never in my life experienced this type of customer service!! Am I supposed to pay for a drink that I can't drink & just accept it to appease a nasty teenager who has no place in customer service? It would have been much easier & so much less drama if all she did was replace the drink. Even though my blood was BOILING, I still said thank you to the nasty little thing. I was being polite the whole time so there was no reason for all the nastiness! Where is the management for this...
Read moreThey made a mistake on my order and that's not where the 1 star comes from I used to work in the food industry mistakes happen, but I didn't realize it till I got home. I called and asked if they wanted me to bring the item they made a mistake on to swap for the correct one, was told "no, don't worry about it" when I went back to get the correct item was pestered by multiple employees "well where was the one we messed up?" I explained that I was told that I didn't have to, she slams the window in my face. Another few minutes later another employee comes to the window, goes to hand me the new item and tries to charge me for it, so again I explain they made a mistake, "well where is it then?" With a real snotty attitude, so yet again I explain I was told I didn't have to bring it so then SHE slams the window in my face... finally a few more minutes later she comes back, shoves the item at me, and slams the window. They're lucky there is no real competition for a quick burger in this town.
Update still 1 star went here last night, nothing but teenagers horsing around took 5 minutes just to take my order and another 10 to get it after I paid... then another 5 for the blizzards I ordered... sad I keep ggoing this...
