Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Canton

I love this location, but yesterday that is 15th October 2017 evening around 7 pm - i had a great experience at this place.I ordered a pizza online it is a large pizza with left side Black olives,right side pine apple, chicken and banana peppers. it is pickup order, Since 2 years I am buying pizzasin this location, I picked my pizza went home and saw the pizza; i did not expect there is only banana peppers on top of pizza and one piece of black olive, and i thought today is Sunday, they might forgotten to add all the toppings due to busy or placed wrong pizza. I went and asked, than they made another pizza. finally i took my pizza and went and sat in my car. i got doubt and saw the pizza again there is no chicken and banana peppers, and pine apple. Then i thought this guys are in lot off pressure to make orders. i went inside and told that guy; what i ordered is not matching to the pizza you given. he saw my face and watched the pizza. he took the pizza, after 5 minutes he gave the pizza with toppings. Now he kept extra topping with green peppers and that to i feel that he heated in oven and topped on the pizza. again i asked i did not green peppers,but he is careless and taking orders on phone.I stand there another 15 minutes, he told finally he will make another One. and he went to make pizza, when he went to make pizza i told him i want to cancel my order, because since 15 minutes i am observing him "while taking orders on phone with his bare hands scratched his head and armpits (bottom) continuously, more over he did mind to wash or to wear gloves; before making pizza. I am so disturbed at how I was treated tonight by a supposed general manager. I ordered a large pizza and cheese bread for delivery for my 5 year old. Over an hour after I ordered they finally showed up with my order I gave the driver a tip, he then called me back and asked if the $5 tip on my card was included , which I never told the guy on the phone to put a $5 tip on my card. Also when I opened the boxes it looks like the pizza had been sitting for the entire hour and was also way to over cooked and the cheese on the cheesy bread was cold and not melted at all. The general manager said he would "credit me for my next order" I said would not be ordering from there again so he says "ok bye" I said wait excuse me? I would like to be refunded please this is awful he said ok you'll get it in 2 days bye and hangs up . I called back and asked who was above him and he said he did not need to give me any information and I could come down to the location to speak to him. I have never been treated with such disrespect especially from a supposed general manager. I NEVER leave reviews I'm not the type to do this but I am so disgusted at how I was spoken to by a MANAGER. I don't think that is the job...

I will never order from here again. It took 3 calls to get them to answer the phone. Very rude while I ordered, read back my order and said 18 minutes to pick up. I call at 10:40 pm. Got ther at 11 and nothing was ready. The employee's were fighting about leaving before their shift was over. They were throwing boxes around with attitude. Never asked my name for 15 minutes for pick up. They ignored the phone while it rang off the hook, as they stand around doing nothing. Asked me my order 20 minutes after I got there and was told it wasn't ready yet. 35 minutes later I was given my order and told me the price $10 over what I was told, I gave him my money and expected change......He actually asked me if I NEEDED my change? Seriously?? When we finally got the order home it was wrong. Big surprise right. Worst experience and I am not one to write bad reviews but this place needs to reevaluate it's hiring standards. And needs a manager on at all times to try to end the horrible experiences they are serving. If I could give no stars I would but unfortunately you have to pick one to write a review.
