I have been to this location multiple times and they are very unsanitary I have watched employee's come back from smoking and go straight back to work without washing their hands I have smelled the oder of marijuana very strong coming through the store and was later found out that not only was the shift manager smoking on the clock but other employees are also doing this while sitting on the clock. I have heard the one shift manger talk about the gm and that he is Lazy and does not do his job and she is tired of being the only one that cares about the stock and she is sick of employees taking stuff from the store but she does the same as well and that corporate has been there and offered this shift leader the gm spot cause they are sick of the gm managers outburst when he has to work. I have also watched this shift manger turn off internet orders, intentionally, so that customers had to call the store and be put on hold for 20-30 mins at a time. For the simple fact of not wanting to do the online orders and I know for fact that this said shift manager sometimes sends her delivery driver home at 5 pm so that she only had to do carry out. I witnessed a delivery driver sit in the parking lot with a order in the car ready to go but instead of doing his job proceeded to sit outside for another 20 mins to text back friends and smoke marijuana. I have heard a shift manager talk to her employees like they are incompetent to do there job I also know that after 6 pm they all employees ride the clock to sit out side and hang out with friends smoking marijuana where if customers do pull in they are subjected to drug use in the work place. I would not under no circumstances go back to this store they are faul mouthed disrespectful unprofessional and unsanitary. Called the store, was hung up on twice before I finally got them to answer by pretending I was putting in a new pizza order. Person who ordered was rude, had no idea when my pizza would be delivered, and had no answer for what I was supposed to do when my pizza delivered cold. Asked to cancel, was told ok and hung up on. Did receive refund.
Fast forward to today 1/16/24. Decided to give them a second chance. Put in a full order for whole family at 5pm. Was told 28-38 minutes to deliver. Pizza was baked right away, done and in quality check at 5:19. Called at 6, was told I did not have an order, then that I had not chosen delivery (checked, was charged the $3.99 delivery fee). Then, finally that order was going out shortly, they were waiting for a driver.
Called again at 6:25, order still showing as sitting at store. Same incredibly rude man answered, showed little caring and no compassion for the issue. When I asked if my pizza and pasta was going to be hot, I was told they made sure they were and that they would be to me in five minutes. When I asked what the issue was, I could hear the manager in the background say just hang up, and CLICK.
Tracker finally showed pizza moving, and then showed the delivery driver make two further stops before finally bringing my order to me. When driver arrived, pizza was ice cold, pasta was cold with barely any chicken (chicken alfredo), bread bites were ice cold and hard as rocks. To further rub the salt in, the driver was with a second domino's employee. Two drivers to deliver in one car, but they are waiting over an hour to send out pizzas while waiting on a driver?

About 30 minutes later the tracker said my food had been baked and was being quality checked. Another 20 minutes passed and still no delivery. Checked the tracker again and it said that my order was being prepared again this time by Michael. At 9:20pm the tracker said it was once again being quality checked. By 9:40pm I still had no food and I called the restaurant at 9:42pm and spoke with a woman and explained all of the above. She said my order was out for delivery. Order finally arrived around 9:55pm, however my salad was missing. The driver said he would go back and get it and bring it back. The two pizzas I received were cold and honestly looked worse than a frozen pizza I could have bought at the store for way less money. It has been over two hours since I started my order and I still do not have all of it. I will be reporting this to the report a problem...
