yeah I went in there was a gentleman's place in the order and I think it was changing his mind so the cashier had called another employee over from the drive-thru to help her figure out how to correct his order she did that and then the one boy went back to the drive-thru the front cash here continue fixing his order until she was done and then she walked away supposed to get his food or something then she came back looked at something on her computer looked around and walked away again came back the third time and she was standing in front of her cash register I stepped up to the register as I was the only other person there so I stepped up to place an order and before I could even open my mouth and say anything she looked up rolled her eyes and walked away. I drive a bus so it's not exactly like I can go through the drive through. Their door says they close at 10:00. It's only 9:40. I went to go in and order food, the front door is locked. So I called them and asked what time you close. She said 10:00. Ok so why is the door locked? The sign did not say drive through only. It says 10:00 p.m. is closing time. No worries, I will never ever spend a single dollar in that store. They're too worried about getting off the clock and going home then they are about handling their business and dealing with customers. If the hourly paid employees are going to randomly change the operating hours, then they should at least have the courtesy to post it somewhere like on the door for instance where the actual hours of...

The stores hours that are posted on the door says 10:00; and this is the second time that I have came and the store was not open. But today the employee was just rude. He came to the door where we was standing wipe down the door and walked away. He saw us standing there and didn’t open his mouth to give us the common curtesy of saying we will be opening later or anything. Two of the employees came in late and they still didn’t open the door or acknowledged that we was standing outside the door. Instead they went to the back door and act like we wasn’t there.
