Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Canton

This place was filthy! The windows looked like they haven't ever been washed. Inside the walls and floors are filthy with dirt, grunge and grease and trash was all over floor. Trash can in lobby over flowing. The bathroom was clean enough but again trash all over floor, sink had faucet running, toilet moved when you sit on it. Now the the food or lack there of. They were out of mashed potatoes, slaw, ghost wings, a bunch of other items, the drink machine was out of all but 2-3 products. No drink lids, no napkins, no condiments, etc. Even the doordasher ended up leaving after waiting a long time and then not having the food that was ordered. The attitudes of the workers, especially the shift leader/manager was that the customer was a bother and they weren't doing anything to make more food. There was 3+ hours until close. I saw several people walk out and leave the drive thru without ordering. The food was ok. We'd been on the road all day, were tired and needed to eat otherwise I'd have walked out too. Not a good introduction to the city of Canton. Your restaurant is right off of the interstate you need to represent your company and your city... Do them proud and be proud of your community, I'm turned off and don't want to come check it out further. Thankfully the nice lady at the hotel turned...

They are drive thru only which I support during COVID-19. I ordered a #8 ( original chicken sandwich with fries and a sprite). Pull up to the window and was given a box of chicken strips and a sweet tea. I opened the box and politely told the cashier that it was not my order. She then proceeds to tell me that I would be refunded for the wrong order they charged on my debit card.. asked for the food back.. which is so nasty to take it back and give it to someone else ( after I had opened the box)... then ask me what I ordered and recharge my card for the correct amount... I was then asked to pull forward and wait on my food. Not to mention I asked for Mardi Gras Mustard because I like it on my sandwich and offered to pay for it but of course they were out. I understand we are all human and make mistakes. I waited 5 minutes for my sandwich which was cold along with the fries so obviously it wasn’t just cooked so don’t know why I had to pull up and wait. I just don’t understand why people have to be rude when it’s not your fault they got it wrong. So now I have a cold sandwich and fries. This is my second experience here and...

On the afternoon of 10-25-2017, I entered the Canton Mississippi, Peace Street location of Popeye's restaurant. I used the women's restroom. There was no paper towels or toilet paper available. I had paper in my purse, luckily. After discretely, informing the clerk at the register, she handed me a roll of paper towels. I informed her that I had already washed my hands. She loudly shouted to someone in the bank of the cooking area, "There are no paper towels in the ladies room". I told her that toilet paper was need, also. She shouted to the rear of the kitchen area, "There is no paper towels and toilet paper in the ladies room"; to which the other customers and I snickered. The clerk appeared cheerful, but when I got my food, I saw that the Shrimp Po-boy that I ordered was a hard, 2-3 day old bun that looked cut off at the end, with dried lettuce, and 5-6 old, cold shrimp.
