Today after having a long day, my wife and I stopped at the Sonic here in Canton. I begin placing our order and before I could finish telling the worker on the intercom what I wanted she said “Is that all”? And then proceeds to tell me my order total and that was it. I wasn’t done ordering and my wife’s food was to be ordered next. My wife said do not worry about it honey. I said okay. Fast forward to the delivery of my food great customer service from the lady employee who delivered my food. No problem. I pulled off from Sonic went to Burger King to get my wife something to eat and we got her food then we pulled onside the building to eat. My wife and I are talking and eating. I unfolded the wrapper of one of my burgers and it was good to my knowledge, however when I discovered green mold on my second burger I drove immediately back to Sonic. The manager that was on duty(Tiara Carter) was phenomenal and she went above and beyond to correct the mistake that happened with my food. I have written this long review just to highly thank and appreciate Manager Tiara! She was very professional and well spoken. She not only gave me a refund for the order, but also remade my order herself and apologized for the mishap. This is the kind of employee I would want overseeing my place of business from a CEO standpoint. Thank you...
Read morePlaced an online order that should have been almost ready by the time I got there, Instead I waited 20 minutes after arriving and checking in to stall #22 before I got a message on the menu board stating that my food was on the way. After 10 more minutes of waiting I decided to hit the red button and ask what the status of my order was. The person on the other end of the speaker asked me if I had received the order... If I had received the order I wouldn't be asking what the status of my order was. After about 6 or 7 more minutes, a girl comes out with 2 ice cream Sundaes. Since I paid $20 for my food I knew that wasn't my order. So after telling the girl everything that I ordered she comes back out about 8 minutes later with some of the order, I waited for her to go back and get the rest which of course was not the right stuff, and the drinks were not correct but I had had enough of waiting and I just decided to leave. My cheese sticks and broccoli bites were cold... This is my 1st and last visit...
Read moreThe worst service ever. We did a mobile order 25 minutes prior to arriving. Once there the time said that the order should have been ready so we gave it a dew minute. After waiting and additional 15 mini we decided to buzz to see if the order was ready. The attendant answered as if the order had not been received and told us it would be right out. We sat another 20 minutes and no order. We decided to ask for a refund. It took an additional 10 minutes for the request to be filled. The mama get came out and said that our order was still on the screen and had been there for 45 minutes! She did apologize and refund our money. This Sonic has gone down tremendously as far as service, quality, and atmosphere. The workers are on the inside openly on their phones, eating while they should be filling orders, talking loud about inappropriate things, and you name it. I will NOT be going back. Serious I...
