Highly rude to have the lady collecting payment to take my card set it down on her little table and pick her phone up and start texting away for 2 minutes! What was she texting that was so important it could not wait until she was off the clock (with my credit card setting right in front of her). I just had a uneasy feeling not knowing if she had stolen my card number or not. I was recommended by my bank to have that card number canceled and get a new card and number. So now I'm waiting 7 to 10 days for a new card. All because I made the mistake of stopping at this McDonalds for breakfast. I will Never go back to this McDonalds again! Clean location and quality food, but the service was lacking. Nobody wants to be up front, especially the young blond. She would put drinks up for orders and quickly go back to the back. I just asked for 2 waters so I could sit, place my order, and wait for my food. I heard her say in the back that I yelled at her for water. I asked quickly because she was in such a hurry to avoid the front. There's no drink station at this location, so you have to wait for the poor service to get your drink. I watched her mess up another guy's tea and he had to wait even longer for her to correct it. Finally got my order, they forgot the nuggets, we received no napkins and NO SAUCES….
I go back up for the nuggest, they say “our times are horrible now”!!….(as a customer that isn’t my problem). I receive FOUR napkins, for a family of six with four children…..then they forget the sauce AGAIN…
