McDonald's — Restaurant in Canton

The Manager Deleted me from there facebook page, because I put in exact detail what was going on at this location, I want to reach as many people as possible in the hope that the owner realizes that his managers and employees are sending food out that's not acceptable. I live very close to this McDonald's and a few years ago it was the best one in Haywood Co N.C , Me and my wife lives very busy lifes so it easier to swing by McDonald's than cook at home alot of nights.so this is exactly what they are doing everyday. ( stale quarter pounder buns, the leave the package open on top of something that produces heat or they are ordering to many and they are getting old?) #2 Old grease in Fryers and cold FF, The are putting the fris in the containers and leaving them there till someone orders the size the pre made, # 3 Cheese burgers? They are putting un fresh small cheese burger patties on the small size burgers then before the serve them they are supposed to heat the burger in a small microwave cooker for like 15 or 20 seconds!!! Instead they are putting old meat on an uncooked bun then ad cheese onion Ket , must, pickle, This taste terrible and I wish an employee or manager or owner would taste this to see exactly how bad this really taste with cold FF, and a stale bun!! I work beside the Mcdonalds on brevard rd Asheville and the food is great with noon of these problems, thats why I am posting this so someone might fix this Issue, The Mcdonalds on Canton loop refuses to fix these issues at this point!! If I eat there I have to tell the drive through attendent to cook all the meat fresh not just the quarter ponder patties , and i have to ask for fresh FF as well.... I get a ton of ATTITUDE when i have to order my familys food this way and I really am afraid they are going to defile it in some way?? This is detailed enough that the owner or the Regional or Distict manager can fix these Items, I sent this information a couple years ago and it got better for a couple months and now its worse then ever!! PLEASE

I’d give 0 stars if it were possible. Went through here and bought a simple lemon water for like, 30 something cents. After waiting about 17 mins to receive said lemon water, you could tell the guy at the second window was frustrated I had come through and made him walk back to cut a lemon in order to give it to me..He refused to make eye contact or anything, so I’m gonna go ahead and tell myself that this SURELY wasn’t intentional… because who in the world would be so bothered that they were forced to their job (that pays more than some of our jobs that actually required schooling), that they would INTENTIONALLY put moldy lemons in their water! That would be absurd! But then again, I tend to forget that the majority of the world is not as kind as me, and I cannot hold them to the same strict standards in which I choose to live. As most people are too lazy to do the same. In retrospect, I’ll make sure to inspect every ounce of a water that I get from anywhere from now on. The photo that I posted are only two of the SEVERAL moldy lemons that were put into the drink. Most of the mold was on the outer rind of the lemon, so it would have to take someone with incredibly low awareness to manage to somehow not notice the mold, or it was intentional. lol just another reason(along with the plethora of reasons) not to trust fast food. I assumed a lemon water would surely be safe, but I certainly learned my lesson today lol. If you yourself don’t make it…...

This place is a cold shell of its past. It doesn't have the fun, bright colors, just greys. There is no playground for kids. There is no sign of Ronald anywhere. The inside is just as colorless as the outside. When I was little, it had a wonderful playground, bright colors. McDonald's was catered more for the child. A place for a parent to relax while the kid had fun. Now I don't really know who they cater to anymore. Prison inmates, perhaps. The sandwiches are sloppily made. The meat to the side of the sandwich instead of on it. Sometimes, I am given the wrong thing or missing an item. If you want ketchup, you better ask for it because they won't give you any if you dont ask even if its supper clear that there are fries. The one thing I can say for the most part is I haven't had bad customer service.I am not a big fan of their lunch/ dinner menu, but I do enjoy their breakfast menu. Their chicken biscuit, mcgriddle and Mcmuffin are amazing. I had to drop the food rating to a one star I went to McDonald's 5/6/23 and they have no healthy options, it's either burgers or fried food. There is no grilled chicken or salads and for a person like me who can't process grease this was a let down. They need to bring back healthiers options to the menu. Overall, the old McDonald's that I remember is better than this concoction they have...
