We ordered 3 pizzas last Saturday and the pizza was pretty good, HOWEVER, the woman that took our order on the phone was not very friendly. The pizza was not cooked enough, the cheese was barely melted. We tried to put it back in the oven but since it was already sliced it was falling through the grates. Pizza was decent reheated. They need to step up the customer service and make sure the pizza is cooked long enough. I will say they loaded down the toppings, but it needed to be cooked longer. We will order again, we will just ask for it to be cooked longer. Also the prices they had on their website were for personal size pizzas, not large and that was not clear.

First visit - Best pizza I've had in a long time! Fresh toppings and incredible crust! They have an option for personal pan, which is great for one person! It was still rather large and left enough for later! Server was awesome. He refilled drinks without having to be asked, which is always a plus! Atmosphere was ok, but in such a small space, it was a stretch for a mix between a family place and a bar hang out. Last two visits- servers got my order wrong. Food had to be remade. It took forever because of the mistake. I'm hesitant to come back now. It's tasty pizza, but not worth the hassle!

I asked for my wings fried hard and they were so soggy I had to make sure they were fully done. The pizza I got half Philly and it's nothing Philly about it! Usually Philly pizza have peppers and onions and extra cheese they just threw some nasty steak on it. And the pizza was so dry it barely had sauce or cheese. I'm mad I didn't stick to Johnny's like usual. But that's what I get tryna explore off ratings. Ratings must be done by the restaurant owner and their employees cuz I don't see 4.2 starts nowhere and I'm pissed uber eats won't give me my $43 back

It's been a very long time since we ordered pizza ( before Nina took over). We ordered two pizzas, cheese bread, and a salad. When my husband went to pick it up, I asked where is my salad? He says that they did not give us a salad (I would have asked about it before coming all the way home) so I called and said they did but he just didn't grab it! However, either way, they not only made my salad but they offered to bring it to me. But I said "no, it's okay we don't mind picking it up"(- I lied, I really didn't want to go back but I soooo wanted that salad) not only did they hand me my salad, but when I got home and opened the bag they had put a large brownie on top in its own container. Hey y'all, not only will we be going back Nina's we will recommend Nina's to everybody!!!!!! Thank you Nina's, can't wait till our...

A True Gem You Don't Want to Miss

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but Nina’s deserves all the praise I can give! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with warm lighting, friendly staff, enticing aroma

The menu is a delightful mix of cuisine, classic comfort food with a modern twist, authentic Italian dishes I opted for the personal meat works and was blown away. They were absolutely divine. My dining companion had the personal works and was equally impressed.

But what truly elevates this place is the service. Our server, tryce was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations without being intrusive.

Overall, nina’s offers an exceptional dining experience that's perfect for, a night out with my companion I can't wait to go back and try more...

My parents live up this way so a few months back had to stop in to check it out once I saw they had ITALIAN BEEF on the menu. As a Chicago native, there’s nothing up here in the canton area that offers it. And it’s tough enough to find it in and around Atlanta. FANTASTIC beef sandwich, pizza is incredible, and all the staff are amazing individuals who really care about their customers. Customer service really goes a long way in the food industry and the quality of people you have working for you is truly next level. I also got the opportunity to meet the owner a few weeks back and I can see why this place is run so well. Keep it up! I’ll continue to be a mini-investor with my beef sandwich, think I’m up to 15 or so in a few months!
