Absolutely the worst place I have ever been. While the memorabilia is nice, the restaurant is a dirty place. Then on a very busy night for canton, the drive in car show. They have a very reduced menu (very easy menu) that should have made the night easier. Not for us. We had a group of 8, a family with 3 kids. It took an hour and 5 mins and two different waitress to get us our food. We and the table next to us, had time to go across the street and get dessert before our empty glasses got filled. After an hour and 90% of the restaurant was gone we got our food, not how we ordered it, but we ate it, we were hungry. After paying the bar tender, I to speak with a manager, turned out to be the waitress at our table. I told her, well you know what probles our table had, with a dumb look I said, no refills, no food for over an hour. Even on a busy night, that isn't acceptable. I walked away. A short blond haired Karen then walked up to my table. "I hear you have a problem" she says "I'm a manager" I said, we waited over an hour for our food, cheese burgers and chicken strips and pre-made Philly sandwiches. She said it is car show night. I said ok, we have no problem we are never coming back. I walked out and won't ever spend a penny in OTO ever again. Worst place in canton. Many other places are much cleaner and...
Read moreIf you are going to the Time Out, make sure you have plenty of time as they seem to forget the people sitting in the outdoor space. The outdoor space is very nice with open air, large screen TVs, and new vinyl coated tables. However, they are oblivious to patrons sitting in the space and you have to go fetch someone to wait on you, then remind that person that you have ordered. They need a camera or something to keep an eye on the space as people were choosing to sit outside. On the food, the chicken salad on rye was very good. The rye was a light rye so it did not overpower the taste of the chicken salad. The handmade tenderloin was very over cooked and dry. Great space, Disappointing experience. UPDATE: we decided to give them a second chance and the experience was even worse than the first time. The server greeted us with, Do you know what you want? No hello or smile. Then proceeded to give my brother attitude when he asked a question. She never once checked back on us or refilled coffee. She needs to find a new occupation. The special was billed as catfish fillets and they were catfish nuggets. The baked beans were the best part of the meal. If there was a 0 star rating, that’s what I...
Read moreNever been before, was recommended by the bar down the street as they were not serving food at the time. We had our 9 month old daughter with us. Having never been there before, we walked in on the bar side. I'm assuming there is another side as we asked for a highchair and was told "they are on the other side". My husband when and found one while I was changing my daughter in the van as there were no changing stations in the restroom. (Understood as this was more of a bar than a restaurant) promptly asked what we would like to drink, appetizer was ordered and we asked for a minute to order our food. She cameback in what seemed like seconds....we ordered and the food came out promptly. We never saw our waitress again.....she never asked how we were, my husband had to go to the bar for another beer.
Overall, food was decent, but the service was lackluster to say the least....not sure we would come back if we were that...
