Starbucks — Restaurant in Canton

I got a small cafe mocha w/1 pump of mocha steamed milk, & whipped cream that was over $5. The service was friendly & the restroom was clean. With that being said, I would never get coffee here unless I have a gift card for no other reason than the serving size not coming close to justifying the price.

You can go to Bell Stores and get a similar sized mocha w/extra caffeine, creamer, & as many pumps of mocha as you want for under $2. They don't have the whipped cream, but it's melted immediately anyway & doesn't make enough of a difference to justify the price, so extra creamer makes a suitable substitute.

If I'm going to splurge on coffee I go to Muggswigz or Duncan Donuts. I enjoy it just as much as the Starbucks coffee & it's more reasonably priced.

It blows my mind that there are people who buy these overpriced drinks daily & sometimes several times a day. I imagine the customer base is made up of people who have to own the most current cell phone or into gimmicks like drinks w/so many options it's like ordering a pizza. A place for people who care about appearing trendy...

This place usally makes my drinks perfect but this one time they messed up my drink they put mocha in it instead of white mocha and wouldn’t own up to it lemme show y’all the deference the drink they gave me vs what they made before u can clearly see the deference mocha vs white mocha ts drink they made me tasted spoiled and disgusting they made it the first time wrong then they made it again wrong then I called back and the lady said “I don’t know what else you want me to do we remade the drink twice it was white mocha” but the tickets say to different things and taste 2 different ways and now that I’m looking I realized they forgot the vanilla sweet...

I worked here before. Now every time I come in, I get ignored. I don’t get my customer service like I should as a regular customer and I’m nothing but polite I get dirty. Looks every time I come into the store. It’s unprofessional. I’ll sit at the counter for 3 to 5 minutes before anyone comes up and decides to take my order whether I worked here or not and got fired. I should still be getting customer service like I’m treated...
