There used to be a really nice man that worked for this location and his tips jar was always full. I stop in tonight around 5:45 to pickup my mobile order that came out of my bank account. Ashly the assistant manager as she said told me it was in her system that I had to contact a phone number I asked for the phone number and then she said I need to email I tried getting help from her on how to go about fixing my issue and she said there’s nothing she can do. Mean while my kids are in the car hungry and I am out 40$. She and the young man working tonight who I had no issues or complaint about continued to help 10 people and left me standing there until 7 pm and refused to get one of her managers or higher up’s on their store phone to explain to me the steps I need to take. I waited until their rush was over almost an hour and a half later and asked if she could again call the person above her or anyone who could help and she proceeds to tell me she messaged her boss and her boss said she can’t give out personal numbers I told her I wasn’t asking for a personal number I wanted her to call from their store phone and allow me to speak with her to get help she responded they will not help you then I asked am I supposed to dispute the charge and she told me she’s not involved with my personal issues. Two hours after being there nobody would help me figure out what to do and the assistant manager I’m not sure how she even came to be !! J&k Subway I’m waiting for an apology because your competition Tim would never allow his employees let alone assistant managers to behave like this!! I’ve worked and managed for multiple chains including subway it would have been nothing for the assistant manager Ashly to provide me with a number to the office or call someone to help me figure out what to do through the app. Instead she says that it has nothing to do with her!! Ive already wrote to the franchise I wanted to make sure it was known on here as well if you go in there he will talk down to you like you are a child. Also refuses service even if your cell phone is down, says its company policy yet there are no signs posted and when i asked where the sign was that said i couldnt be on my phone he told me I heard it from his mouth.... Read moreI am sitting in the Subway at 2612 Cleveland Ave Canton Ohio 44707 the Employee named Casey who isn't a manager and the only employee here fixed my online order of toasted subs at 2:30 when it clearly says on my order I will be in at 8p to pick up. She said she placed them in the fridge for me. I don't want some soggy Subs. She didn't even offer to remake them all she has is Wheat bread an I would have been happy. She don't know how to get into the register to give me my money back. She handed me copies of my receipt saying they were refunded but it's charged again.
