Banh Mi & Tea — Restaurant in Cape Coral

I have been waiting for this cafe to open ever since I saw that it was coming soon (I work at the Sprouts close by so I would always pass by the store whenever I was working). I had already met some of their employees because they were shopping for an ingredient at my job, and I just knew that I had to check them out during their soft opening, which was the same day I had met those two employees (Nathan and Ryan, two very cool and laid back dudes). Ever since their soft opening, I have been their most loyal customer, accumulating over 2000+ points ($20+) in their rewards program, I believe that every item on their menu is incredible, ranging from traditional Vietnamese beverages and dishes, to a sweet Korean treat, your everyday milk tea, to the most unexpected drink combo you could ever come up with, Banh Mi and Tea has so much to offer for your cravings. I love their customer service so much (not because I’m biased as their #1 customer), because they genuinely seem so happy to be serving drinks, each and every employee their seems like they’re part of a family (maybe they actually are), but what makes Banh Mi and Tea the place to be is how friendly they make their environment, they have a WIDE variety of music playing in the background, making sure each customer feels at home, and they also make the location feel nice and cozy with plenty of decorations. I’ve been to this tea place 2 times now. I was so excited the first time when I got my favorite drink, Thai tea with boba, and it was super good. Then today I decided to go back and ordered the same drink but received something completely different and just made wrong. I wanted to go in and have the girl remake the drink but I was in a rush. The Thai tea is usually a milky orange color and the boba is should be chewy. Just discovered this restaurant and today is my second time. The staff is small. One man and woman but they are incredibly friendly and patient and offer excellent recommendations. The boba is so yummy. My favorite is brown sugar milk tea with crème brûlée and boba. And my daughter’s strawberry tea was also yummy.
