Smoothie King — Restaurant in Cape Coral

Hi was coming to that smoothie king for years I would buy two or three a day adding up to $40 a day every day. I would call five minutes before I got there everybody knew me as soon as I would call they would say hi Bob and tell me my order because it was always the same. Two days ago I called like I always do and some person with serious Control issues told me she will not take my order I have to do it online. First of all I am handicapped I am driving down the road and she thinks I should pull over and do it online. I went to the store walked inside the girl had pink hair I gave her my business card an asked for the owners email or contact information. She told me she will give me nothing and get out of the store. I told her I am the customer she works for me technically she told me she doesn’t work for me. I can’t believe how terrible the younger generation is when it comes to work ethic. I called up the next daySomebody else and see if I could get his email they told me the owner doesn’t want my business doesn’t want to talk to me and doesn’t care. I will never buy a smoothie from that store or the His other location.I hope people read this and never give him another penny that type of attitude deserves to go out of business....

Worst smoothie king ever. There is a girl that works there, who literally makes my drink wrong every single time I go to this location. I was so frustrated and finally complained. Then I stopped going to that location. Earlier this week I ordered through the app and my husband went in to get them. He saw the girl pouring one smoothie in a 32oz cup, then she stopped pouring it into the cup, grabbed a 20oz cup, poured the rest of the blender into that cup. Then she grabbed another blender and topped off both smoothies. I always add collagen and diet down or pure recharge to my peanut power plus 20oz smoothie. My husband never adds enhancers to his 32oz peanut power plus smoothie. Why would she pour to blenders into both cups??? Frustrating. Incompetent. When I spend nearly $20 for 2 smoothies on a daily basis, I should get it properly made. Even if it were my only time in, my order should be properly made. I hate how employees act as if they are doing me a favor by making my drink. The job is to make smoothies, according to the recipe provided be smoothie king, and to serve properly made smoothies to customers...

The order was entered into the register incorrectly. Brought this to the young girl running the register. The amount was a different of 6 dollars not $1. She formed me the register was telling her different. Wanted to cancel order and get a refund in which I was told she could not refund me.

Called the store manager/ owner. The worker explained situation over phone and was unable to relay the issue. I was then talking with the manager what needed to be addressed, as I was told to not give her attitude, I had been in the store for over 20 minutes to get a shake and bowl. Way beyond the amount of time or energy it should have been. I will never return to this location after being treated this way.

As an owner of a company that is NOT the way to treat an any customer.
