I have been frequenting Culver’s quite often recently for their spicy chicken release. I see on Uber Eats they have a buy one, get one promotion. From 7/16 till today I’ve ordered for pickup a total of 7 times. I’ve had some hiccups with service and today some food quality issue.
Management: The approach to people picking up “pick up” (not delivery) Uber orders needs a second glance. Some employees, just need a name. Some need you to confirm the order. Some need to see it on your phone. Some of them need all 3. Very frustrating when you’ve done it one way 3 times, then it changes for the next 2 times then the last two times we need your phone (which was left in a car as pickup usually is in and out). The skepticism the employees give you when you mention you have an order for pickup could be improved. I get you are trying to protect your inventory but geezzzzz
Food: the spicy chicken is fantastic! It’s crispy and just the amount of spice. However today 7/30, one of the chicken patties was still cold in the middle. Today was the only time that’s happened so I am hoping it’s a one off.
Overall: if you are going to eat inside and have time to wait for your food this restaurant is perfect! Especially if you have a sweet tooth! If you are looking for quick, convenient and streamlined this location may leave you...
Read moreI always have such a great experience at this location. I work as a nurse up in Port Charlotte, but live closeby to this location. After a really rough and emotional day at work, my scrambled pregnancy brain thought I placed an order at the Port Charlotte location. I waited for a while, smiling and repeatedly saying "no worries, I know you guys are slammed!"...looking like a complete fool waiting for food that would never come. I double check my online order and realize I'd ordered from the location by my house in North Fort Myers!
I called the restaurant to let them know I was sorry for the mess up, but the lady on the phone was so sweet and told me I could come by and they'd remake my food, just ask for Justice or Kim. 40 minutes later, when I arrived i was greeted by Kim, the manager. I appreciate the fact that we could laugh about the situation and that they were kind enough to remake my order.
To Kim, I'm sorry! I tried to scan the QR code to leave a review, but it needed a code from the receipt. I didn't have one on the bag and the email I got for my order confirmation didn't have it either. I figured the next best thing was a Google review!

Read moreWent to the drive-thru and placed an order when I paid at the window they told me to pull around and they would bring it out to me I was the second one in line to get my food the next thing I know they were serving the cars in behind me the guy came outside with a bag and couldn't figure it out it was mine because they stuck the wrong number on the mirror so he never asked anything and took the food back in. A few minutes later a lady came out and asked my name and then said sorry here's your food and handed it to me. I said I hope it's still hot and left. I got home about 2 miles later everything was cold and no sauce for the cold tenders or utensils. I complained via receipt. The Mgr text me and stated they would be sending replacement coupons to me . 10 days later I never received a thing. Service and food sucks !! Sad for a new restaurant! Owner...
