I came into the store around 7 p.m. and noticed that it’s actually a double store — a Cold Stone and a Planet Smoothie in one location. When I walked in, there were about three or four people ahead of me, and I immediately noticed that Isaac was working completely by himself.

Even with multiple orders and customers coming in, he handled everything smoothly and kept a great attitude. He worked quickly without sacrificing quality or friendliness, and you could tell he really cared about doing a good job. It’s not easy to manage a rush alone, but he stayed calm, professional, and efficient the entire time.

I ordered the Amazon Kick smoothie — the base includes acai, strawberries, and banana — and I customized it with meal replacement, multivitamin, honey, peanut butter, leafy greens, and almond milk for some added nutrients and protein. It turned out great — perfectly blended, balanced, and refreshing. I ordered a medium, and there was a little extra left over; instead of throwing it out, Isaac kindly offered me the rest. That small gesture really stood out and was genuinely appreciated.

Employees like Isaac deserve recognition — he showed real dedication, attention to detail, and composure under pressure. Whoever hired him should know they have a solid worker who truly represents the brand well.
