Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cape Coral

• Update July 25 2025 * Welp, that only took about a month. We ordered $100 worth of pizza (Friday at 6 pm) and it was all somehow burned on the bottom but undercooked and doughy on the inside. Only undercooked I could have dealt with—just finish cooking it in the oven. But I couldn’t do that because the bottom was already burnt. $100 on pizza that all went in the trash.

It really was great when they first opened, but clearly has already gone downhill. Oh well, it was good while it lasted =(

• Original 5-star Review, June 2025 * This is the only Papa John’s I will order from. The other locations in Cape Coral and Punta Gorda are very inconsistent and always leave items out. I’ve ordered from this location several times since they opened, and it’s been perfect every time—pizza exactly the same, never any items missing.

They’ve only been open a couple of weeks so I really hope that it doesn’t degrade over time as is often the case, but the manager of this one is absolutely KILLING it so far.

Completely Honest Review :

First two pizzas arrived - we had to place a second order due to dietary restrictions which excluded beef.

It did not arrive in a timely manner but, the team did the best they could to make one for us, deliver it and solve an issue that occured at no cost to us, we tipped as a thank you but mistakes happen and the best thing that happened was they made what was wrong right and that’s all we could ask for.

This is a great location! Pizza tastes delicious! The staff is all really nice and the customer service is excellent. There was a really nice gentleman making the pizza today and he went out of his way to make my 2 year old happy by allowing her to spin the prize wheel!

I recommend this location 100% we have ordered 4 times in the last 2 weeks!

The brownie dessert is top notch, tastes like it was a home-made recipe.

We will continue to order from this location and appreciate all the hard work...
