As someone who has built business on reviews, I read all reviews both good and bad and my experience seems to fall along with what others have written.

Food A+, it is great! I will purchase here again.

Now the bad, seems that the owner John is rude and I got the same experience. Someone who is from the south and was raised to be courteous to all, I struggled to stay on the phone when placing my order. He was short, rude, and instead of asking "Can I place you on hold for a second", he just rushes you. Sounds like the place is busy, and it's great and all, but John's customer service skills need some fine tuning. I have always raised to treat others the way you want to be treated. I get it, over my 26 years in retail, I am well aware how Northerners are, and within 30 seconds in our conversation, I could tell he was that guy.

Wow so rude not only did I give them a 3rd chance again today to try out their sandwhiches again . The owner who is an older gentlemen short grey hair beard and all was very rude when I walked in to place my order for a sub asked me how many questions about four questions he had to ask to figure out what I wanted on my half of my sub, and said was that so hard u couldn't tell me to begin with .Didn't laugh after the comment was made very stearn and serious made me feel very uncomfortable ! Let alone he is the owner of place didn't even want to ask how much the can sodas were . It was over priced and the sub alone wasn't even good ! Plus unsanitary answering phone with no gloves and than making a sandwhich with no gloves as it's 94 degrees in their and they are dripping sweat god only knows what went on my sandwhich would never recommend anyone going their this isn't my first altercation with him when I went in their . My family and I eat order takeout from here regularly. The prices are great and portions are hefty. They have a huge selection, so everyone can find something they like.They don't include forks or napkins because they assume you are going home, so make sure you ask. Eating a salad with your fingers is a barrel of laughs for everyone ELSE at the table. ;) My ordering process is a little different depending on who answers the phone- there is a nice guy who works there and is polite and I order substitutions with him. He doesn't make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience(I hope he stays). If the owner or the lunch shift woman answer I spit my order out as fast as possible and don't make substitutions because it offends him. He's proud of his food- I get it.
