Protected, convenient to stores and major pharmacies,mass transit available for longer trips. Four freedoms park is located at Bimini Basin. It has restrooms and a water fountain you can fill 1gal water bottles at. Clean, and the locals were pleasant when we were there. Call Cape Coral harbor master (I think) and register...
