This is a customizable personal training experience that provides long-term results. Once you introduce your concerns (if any) and hopes to your certified and expert trainer (of which there are a few), you work out a schedule and all of your sessions are with the guidance, safety, and excellence of a personal trainer. You can lay out your goals or have them keep you challenged or pleased regardless. This facility is very different in that it is not generally open for working out without an appointment so you don't cross paths with as many people but find very friendly, scheduled 'regulars' if your schedule sees them at all. Compared to other trainers I've tried to work with at other gyms, these guys all happen to look like they know what they are talking about but also take pride in safety and flexibility. Five out of six of my entire 3-generation family, works out with these guys. Of my family, I've worked out the longest but results are noticeable in each of us. Our 16 yo and grandma also works out. All the trainers here are educated in what they are sharing, and practice what the preach and continue to educate themselves on new things related to training, the body, health and wellness, etc. I train with Cameron, never has he missed a session, he has been amenable to my schedule if things come up.
