Pinchers — Restaurant in Cape Coral

My girlfriend and I visited yesterday right before the dinner rush, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. Our server (I believe her name was Wendy, though I could be mistaken) was quite rude, and the management didn’t seem much better. When we sat down, she didn’t greet us but just told us her name. She gave me strange looks, which I didn’t pay much attention to at first. After bringing us our drinks, she just left without asking if we had any questions or if we were ready to order.

When we were ready to order, we had to tell her ourselves. She took our order, but about 15 minutes later, she came back and mentioned that she had ripped out the ticket she uses to write orders and asked us what we had ordered. It seemed like she hadn’t even entered our order yet. We ended up waiting 30-40 minutes, and during that time, three tables that arrived after us already received their food.

After an hour of waiting with no updates from the server, I approached the manager to check on our order. When the food finally arrived, the server just placed it on the table without offering an apology for the long wait or checking if we needed anything else. When we mentioned that the food was cold, she became defensive and rude, even asking, “Do you just want to go?” without offering any solution to resolve the issue.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and always had good service, but this experience was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, as we were walking out, I overheard a younger employee saying, “They weren’t even here that long, why is it a problem?” while...

This place is what I would call a hidden gem except it's not hidden since it's on the main road! Nice atmosphere and lots of room. Looks like a decent amount of people that really enjoy this place so I knew it had a good reputation. So far I'm up to the appetizer which I got a crab Rangoon and the chicken gumbo soup. Absolutely fantastic! Great witchstaff too. They were very attentive and also were able to get me seated quickly at 5 PM on July 16.

Ok just got my Glazed salmon meal!! Got coleslaw and garlic mashed!!! Mmmmm!! Mmmmm!! Check out the pictures. Can I just say I'm highly satisfied with the weight stuff, the quality of food and the fact that there was no wait. Quite a extravagant menu too. Very reasonably priced and really there was nothing on there that I didn't want to order. In fact after I finished I was full and I still wanted to order more just because everything on the menu looked so great!!!

It is beyond me why this place doesn't get five... or even 10 stars for that matter! Great place. Highly recommended!!

OK and this is my second time here on February 11, 2023.

Started off with the spicy fish bites, and proceeded to order the Blackened Salmon I also got a side salad, and then food is absolutely excellent. As you can see by the pictures they are taken as a food came out here. It is excellent quality.

I can’t wait to come back for a third time I was there, so many items on the menu that looks so good and there is a great selection! I cannot wait to see what the next...

There is one bar and restaurant sort of on the beach( you can see the water but is pretty far away) you cannot get a reservation here and you find your own table. There is another restaurant in the front of buildng the bar and next to the pool where you can have a server find you a table. The staff at the front door can be very very confusing when explaining you the difference between the two restaurants. We waited 10 minutes to get to a hosted. The hostess walked away to see another couple and another staff member told us to go to the other bar if we want out door seating. When we got to the other bar there was no seating at all it was totally full so we walked back to the original restaurant we had been at and we were told to get back in the line to see the hostess again and we would have to wait another 10 minutes! I explained that we had already been in that line for 10 minutes and we're told to go somewhere else and then if we had to go back in that line again we would go somewhere else. The food was so so and since we were not able to get a table in the Beach area The view was of the pool area. if you're staying here try it. If you have to travel to get here I would definitely skip it there are other places that are way better. Tuck Away restaurant seafood boil for two was a hundred times better and a fraction...
