I called the day before and place my order, I asked if I could pick my order up at 4:15 AM and they said yes, when I get there the next morning at 4:15 exactly I called them to let them know I was outside. They told me, five more business they will be open and I told him told me 4:15 AM yesterday, she replied OK they open the door at 4:25 AM so when I got in there, they just started fixing my order as I stood there. Needless to say it had me running late for my meeting. When I get to work, the long johns were all stuck together, There were two biscuits looking things I didn’t order, you can tell the whole order was rushed not a good experience. Needless to say, I spent nearly $50 on this order and when I call them to let them know, this is not what I ordered. They said that is what I ordered. THE best apple fritters I’ve ever had… and I only got the two they had left late in the day. Begrudgingly, I had to share with my husband. I considered docking them one star for having too few and for not selling coffee but I can’t bring myself to do it because their apple fritters make up for every shortcoming. Update: one employee makes the best fritters and the other doesn’t make good fritters. Hit or miss - go on...
