McDonald's — Restaurant in Capitol Heights

I got here in 15 minutes. I've been waiting for 20 minutes. The order includes 1-cheese burgers 2-Apple pie 3-drinks, three types in total. Only one of them will be cooked, two of them are already ready and I waited 25 minutes for it. The employees inside do not see or hear anyone. These have nothing to do with business, just Drive Tur,a. They try to serve very slowly and they don't want to do the packages so they leave it to the end. Do the Mc Donald's officials know about this? I don't know if the orders taken from there cost money and the packages are free. Customers who order from outside rightfully send messages to the drivers or call them on the phone to ask where my food is and whether there is a problem! The customer is calling McDonald's and they are not answering the phone. The doctors, nurses and other staff working in the hospital and those working in the factories during the night shift are telling the drivers that they cannot buy food with the money of the security guards in some buildings and that they are waiting longer than necessary. If the drivers wait too long, their other orders are canceled and therefore they have to cancel the order they cannot receive. The service provided to people in this restaurant is completely zero. A solution needs to be found urgently. Also, God heals things from there, that is, the new order is kept in the same queue as the orders placed via mobile phone, well then we ask, order first, what is the point of this? On Sunday Aug 4 I went to this McDonald's their was a few Homeless people at the gas station up the street who were Hungry I offered to buy them a few of the 5$ McDouble value meals that comes with a Burger Nuggets Fries and a Drink every other McDonalds in that area has that 5$ meal deal jus like Wendy's and Burger King in the area have my question is why has this particular McDonald's done away with the Special Meal Deal this area needs a inexpensive if only from McDonald's decent meal it's one of the most poverty areas in PG County and without an inexpensive Meal that can easily be offered all the time it's been limited in this McDonald's only I have done my Research and went personally to all the other surrounding McDonald's and they still offer it why has this one done away with it. I have no clue but I'm writing this because I care and Mr. Ronald McDonald's himself would not be happy with the Decision to discontinue this particular Value Meal in this area I know it may fall on Deaf ears but I must speak my peace the Children in this area loves McDonald's and it's not fair that they are the ones who has to Suffer please take this into consideration moving forward sincerely an Concerned...

Never Again!!!! The customer service from the crew member as well as the manager was terrible. I asked for a small caramel frappe blended well and a happy meal.... Simple right, anyway... I got to the window and paid to get my receipt and noticed I was charged for a medium frappe...not what I ordered but it's cool.... Get to the pickup window and happy meal good.... They are still working on my frappe I can see this thru the drive thru window... I couldn't see exactly what the problem was...it was taking a while so I asked for the manager and the two crew members looked at me like I said something strange, I asked what the manager's name was....THEY DID NOT KNOW.... unacceptable....I asked for a refund because at this point I'm holding up the line and a little heated...The manager comes to the window with this medium creamy coffee water and whipped cream frappe..... I was so mad because she heard me say I wanted a refund...SMH....I just pulled off... because I'm working on myself.... McDonald's y'all need to do better that's...
