Bad News, right after covid, this place really changed for the worst! I had been going there for years, I bought expensive pork fried rice and there was a bone in my box, yes, a pork bone! I have never ever bought rice with a bone in the box before! I was shocked, I said, ok, I will give them another chance, but the last time I went there, both the crab rangoon & the egg roll both tasted old and I later felt sick. The girl who takes orders used to always be nice but she wasn't so friendly, maybe she was having a bad day? Finally, good Chinese food! I've lived here in carbondale for 10 years and have had nothing but disappointment with the Chinese food. Hunan, New Kahala (which used to be good but is now dog feces), Qin Guan, they all suck. I had given up on Chinese food in this town and figured it would be a waste of time trying this place. Boy was I wrong! When I walked in, a homeless man was sitting at a table eating a free meal and drink they provided him which brought a tear to my eye. The staff was friendly and genuine.
