I don't know how many times I I told the drive thru chici wanted the 2 for 5 deal a big Mac and ten piece nugget for kids and a Frie. Multiple times I told her to correct the screen and I had to switch coupons on mobile because it was more expensive than I thought it would be so used the 3$ off 10$ purchase or more cane out to $13. Something anywyas after thinking she actually listened and got it through her head when I ordered since he did say it like literally 12 times and not kidding I double-checked like 12 times because I still kept repeating it back to me wrong I get and I reach my hand in the bag didn't notice the extra Big Mac but she's still got it wrong she charged me for two Big Macs and then charge me for a four piece nugget and then charge me for a fry so I drove back around Webster speaker and said hello I just drove through here and I didn't get any of my sauces for my nuggets first of all and second of all you gave me two Big Macs instead of the Big Mac and the Nuggets they're on the two for five deal she's like I thought you said you wanted two Big Macs two for five and I said no I wanted a Big Mac and a 10-piece nugget literally disgusted 12 times and still she repeated it back to me wrong and then told me okay wait there in that long line of cars in front of you again while your car overheats because you've been here for so damn long and we'll throw it out for you throw it out for me you mean you'll give me my money back because you screwed up my order cuz you'll have to do the whole order over again because I use the coupon and everything oh Lord only in Carbondale can you tell somebody something 10 times and they still mess it up lucky I'm not allowed to swear and Google reviews. Me a three year old and a one year old say the chicken nuggets and fries the hell am I supposed to do with two Big Macs oh okay I ate it for breakfast thanks. The lucky there was like 4 cars in front of me I don't even care anymore what do you expect from McDonald's in...
Read moreRead moreI worked fast food before. I know sometimes corners are cut, but what irks me even when I worked fast food is food left in a tray, left out for several hours. McDonalds here in Carbondale did that. I was willing to let it go, took it to their official complaint site told them their food which was clearly left in a heated storage tray or left out in general too long made me incredibly I’ll and sent me to a hospital. All their representative could say is “we know it’s a risk and appreciate you bringing it up. Since you had it delivered through door dash, you should call them and take it up with them” as if food left out too long (meaning easily 2+ hours) is door dash’s fault and not the restaurant when the dasher brought me my food in 30 minutes. Food doesn’t go bad that quick. The chain wants to hold no responsibility and throw the responsibility of their poor operations on a delivery company. How pathetic is that. I worked fast food. I know how the heating storage works. Nuggets typically are left in heated storage no longer than two hours, and out of heated storage no longer than 1hr. It’s a food safety hazard. If they cannot take responsibility when I’m willing to drop it then I’m not dropping it and making it public, especially after a hospital trip. Who is to say others didn’t get extremely I’ll that day? This needs to change. Im tired of places having poor food safety, whether I work there or eat there. Wanna hear another sick fact people? They only make more when they need it. If they run out, they make a new batch and the rest sit in warm storage. Nothing is EVER made fresh UNLESS you they run out from their warm storage and need to make more. Same goes for fries unless you request no salt. Since they won’t truly listen to me, fellow consumers must heed my words so that you don’t fall ill the way I have, and get slapped in the face with disregarding their responsibility onto a...
Don't blame me when you can't get an order right!!! Doesn't anyone know how to make the new promotion Bacon Cajun Ranch Deluxe sandwich??? I check the sandwich when I purchase it because something tends to be left off of it. Yesterday it was the bacon. Today it was the tomatoes. When I asked about it at the window, right then and there when I received it, they wanted the sandwich back before they'd give me a new one. I said I deserved to keep it because yesterday I didn't get bacon, and now today I didn't get tomatoes. The first girl at the window hesitated, but went to get me a new sandwich. That next sandwich did not have bacon on it. Then a different girl came to the window with a bad attitude saying they can't be giving away sandwiches, and it was my issue because I wanted extra tomatoes. I said NO, I just want a deluxe with what it's supposed to come with, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. She gave me a "huffed" sound, rolled eyes, and said she wanted the 2 sandwiches that weren't made right. I gave them to her. She then came back to me with another sandwich. I checked it right on the spot and it was finally right. That's all I wanted from the beginning, the sandwich the way it was promoted to be made (for $7.20). However, in the end it came with a lot of ignorant attitude, along with my extended inconvenience. I don't expect a mean attitude and my being blamed for their mistake (X 2). Too bad McDonalds may have something good, but they're dragged down by inept employees and people with...
