I've been here twice in the last 3 years. First time was fine. Tonight was horrible. I placed an online order and some of it was missing. The app deleted part of my order which I wasn't aware of. Once I seen what happened I redid the part of the order that was deleted. However, the original part of the order was missing a few orders of French fries. One of our happy meals only had chicken nuggets in the bag.
The lady who came to the window definitely had an attitude. Like how dare I come back and complain about missing fries. She made a comment at one point she didn't have time for this and demanded all of our bags of food back so she could go through them. There were 3 cars in line and she was acting like there were 100.
Our original order was #35. When we went back around and to get things fixed and I placed a new order the new order was #37. After trying to explain to the rude woman I understood what happened with the app and I redid the whopper order she was even more mad and said we had to pull around and wait because "there were 500 people behind us that put their orders in first" and have been waiting. Like I said there were 3 cars in line. And we were originally order 35, a truck was in front of us when we pulled around so I assume they were 36 and the whopper order was 37......
Once we got our whoppers there were literally a good 20 pickles on each one and the buns were extremely soggy with pickle juice. There were no condiments on them. When I got home and attempted to give my son's their happy meals I seen their nuggets were rock hard. We had a very long day and just wanted to stop and get something hot to eat on our way home and it was a horrible experience and not much of what we ordered was edible.
On top of it we were treated like we were in the wrong for wanting the food we paid for that we didn't get. It's almost like they ruined the whoppers because we came back to complain about the missing food.
The rude woman who seems like a manager was more concerned with just getting everyone through as quick as possible. I don't know about anyone else but I'd rather have to wait a few minutes and have a CORRECT order with FRESH food than a wrong order with old, disgusting food. As someone who has spent most of their adult life working in customer service and being the person customers come to when things go wrong and they are upset I can see this place (especially the manager I dealt with) needs some serious training with how to work with the public.
Do yourself a favor and don't bother stopping here especially if there's a short, middle aged woman with dark hair working. This place is a waste of...

Grandson received nuggets and a drink no toy or applesauce I go back up and she tells me I didn’t order a kids meal I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal. I always order a kids meal. He’s 7 he likes the toy. After telling her she is wrong she curses at me and throws the girl toy at me. I said it’s a boy she said too bad. An old guy with a tie behind the counter said nothing. Finally she again threw another toy at me with the big swear word. I tried taking to the assistant manager and he said i can’t do anything call the manager in the morning. I said what is her name he said I can’t tell you. He looked scared of her. She has a ring through her nose like a bull. I go to eat my chicken parm and there’s a few tiny ripped up pieces of unmelted cheese on it. Not even a 1/4 slice. I figured lesson learned not coming back here. Grandson drinking a shake and gets a mouthful of tan crumbs. He threw up because he got scared. Wound up being the tix crumbles from the shake prior because as he explained to me they don’t always clean the mixer between shakes. Good to know for anyone with serious allergies. I pulled up he handed me my drinks and I waited.. a few moments later I'm watching this woman through the window act bothered to be working with other guest ordering at the counter inside! Shortly after she walks over to the window and tells me in a rude way that my order will take about 4 more minutes so I need to pull to the side. She was very rude and aggressive speaking! After I received my food I asked the employee that brought my food out to me who she was and I was told this woman was the manager! What a shame to see the vibe she is giving off to the rest of the team working under her! Ridiculous to say the least!
