I came to this store right before a job interview and I wasn't satisfied. I've had good experiences ordering through food delivery apps, but it seems like people love to short you on the amount of food they give you if they don't like you, or feel as though they can play/test you.
I really wanted to try a sandwich from here and it tasted good, but I would've been better off going somewhere else, because it didn't make me full.
I told everyone thank you who served me too....Anyway, I'm never going back to this store again and making sure I never get any food delivered from this location in the future.
I'm not spending $12 just to be hungry again within the next hour (I'm skinny too). I just don't understand how companies charge high prices, but wont give a fair deal - I would never treat a paying customer that way, but whatever. I can't expect a capitalist/stranger to have compassion for someone...

Tried to reach the store by phone and e-mail to see if something could be done, but have been ignored for weeks.
Corporate customer "service" is of no help if the store does not want to help, as they want the store owner to resolve the issue, so don't waste your time with them.

Read moreEvery time my husband or myself try to place an order at this location we either get told they are too busy to take a phone order or they put you on hold for an extremely long time. Today my husband calls them while still work they put him on hold 3 times so he decide to drive while hold, approx 2o min walks in while still on hold and not a single customer in site but still have him on hold. Then act like the customer is the problem! Unfortunately this is not the first time this exact thing has happened at this location. Any other firehouse we get great service.
