Has anyone noticed that TACO BELL DOES NOT, I REPEAT WITH MUCH EMPHASIS...
(Clears throat) Tacobell DOES NOT give receipt UNLESS YOU ASK FOR ONE.. AND THEN AND ONLY THEN WILL YOU GET A "REPRINT Of THE ACTUAL RECIPT." I did not understand for the life of me why do they do that. "NAH, WHER DEY DO DAT AT?" (apparently Tacobell)
My issue WAS AND STILL IS TODAY BECAUSE IT IS STILL HAPPENING-
A lot of merchants give incentives, rewards, free foods, etc; however, if you complete the survey about that recent visit in their establishment. A survey code will most likely need to be provided in order to complete. This code can be found at the bottom of a TB ORIGINAL receipt. SO, HOW AND WHY DO YOU GET A REPRINT AND NOT THE ACTUAL RECIPT?
WELL, of course I had to find out! After all, IT IS MY MONEY. A CUSTOMER WILL ENTER INTO A CONTRACT BY SKIPPING ALL OTHER COMPETITORS BY COMING TO YOUR BUSINESS, CREATING AN ORDER, AND ACTUALLY PAYING FOR IT. IN EXCHANGE, YOU AGREED THAT YOU WOULD SERVE ME THE ITEMS THAT YOU ADVERTISE, ALONG WITH A RECIPT IN HOPES THAT I MAY RETURN AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER, GENERATING YOUR COMPANY MORE REVENUE, CORRECT. WHICH MAKES THIS A CONTRACT....
I did not get the opportunity to scan my receipt for errors, especially in prices! (Would you want to Errors can help both cashier and/or customer. * How would the cashier know if she gave too much/little change? I did not get the opportunity to enter into the sweepstakes because OF NO RECEIPT. OH YES, even if I did, a reprint would not work without a code. (My odds of winning: 0 /whatever the #)
I did not get the opportunity to compare my ordered items with what was actually in the bag.
DO YOU SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING????
In a NUTSHELL.. THE SURVEY CODE GIVES A CUSTOMER THE OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE HONEST FEEDBACK (+/-) ABOUT THEIR recent visit. Tacobell employees DO NOT GIVE ANY RECEIPTS UNLESS YOU ASK FOR IT.
THAT'S WHEN YOU WILL BE GIVEN A REPRINT WHICH WILL STOP YOU FROM COMPLETING THE SURVEY AND POSSIBLY ALERTING UPPER MANAGEMENT ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES CREATING A WAY TO FOOL CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR OWN ADVANTAGE.. THE THING IS, YOU HAVE NOT KEPT UP YOUR END OF THE DEAL AND I FEEL OWED SOMETHING! SHAME ON...
Read moreglad to have the opportunity to share this I don't like giving bad reviews but I actually went to Taco Bell and I don't eat beef or pork red meat and I asked for a bean and cheese burrito I paid extra money and you should have seen what they gave me a bean burrito with sprinkles of cheese you could actually count the sprinkles of cheese That's how little it was but I had already drove off I was trying to put my trust into them drove off and just enjoy my bean burrito I open it up yes to see what was in it because when you bite into it there was no cheese hardly and I paid extra money so I did not like what I got in return now I'm not going to say all taco bells are bad no because just a couple weeks ago I had a bean burrito with extra cheese and it was awesome that's why I wanted another one I should have went back to the same one but it was out of my area but it wasn't from you guys so maybe next time when I pay my extra money I can get my extra cheese and an awesome bean burrito I was hungry and I really wanted to enjoy those bean burritos...

If they can't do the job right and you don't like your job find you another one.We had the same problem at the Toco Bell on Louisiana Ave., we don't go there anymore. I'm sorry we would go to Carencro taco bell a lot that will stop until you can get some better management there. Also they had one little guy that got there he asked for a cup she told him that he could not have a cup he needed to ask for a cup of ice well he did get a cup of ice but he also got some drink to put in that cup a while later he come back inside the place asked for another cup of ice and he got him another drink for somebody else so is that stealing or what. The cashier was giving him all the drinks he wanted. They had a lady that got there that wanted her money back. I don't want to tell you how to run your store but they are going to rob you...
