Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Carencro

I would like to share my experience while visiting Tropical Smoothie Cafe. First, I'd like to say this was my first experience; however, certainly not my last. I was promptly greeted by the friendly staff. I placed my order and thoroughly paid attention to the young lady preparing my food. I believe her name was Carsen. It was a special order, and Carsen did not disappoint. When we look at food, we see its color, shape, texture, etc. These visual cues can influence how we think the food will taste. My food was exactly what I ordered and appealed to my eye, which translated to a wonderful experience all around. Acai berry boost smoothie, whey (or soy) protein, or the dragon fruit smoothie with one of the proteins. So good. The chicken pesto Flatbread, turkey bacon ranch sandwich, and the chicken caprese sandwich are great food choices. I've never personally had any issues with this tropical smoothie, sometimes service can take a bit but you can't expect a miracle from such a small business when the line wraps around the building. I love this place, but I haven't been a fan of the carencro location .. and tonight I'm really disappointed... I always get the veggie hummus wrap and tonight when me and my BF ordered it through waitr, there was barely ANYTHING on the wraps. Just lettuce and avacado and maybe a few black beans. I usually have way more on it then just that. Like ... hummus ? Lol. Also, they forgot my side of slaw and added sugar in the smoothie that we requested no sugar in. (Second time that happened) I usually don't ever post reviews.. but because me and my boyfriend love this place so much , it's just disappointing to...
