My family of 4 went there on Sunday at 4pm specifically due to it not being during dinner rush time. The parking lot was packed with cars and it looked as though the place was very busy. Almost decided not to go in. Was glad when we opened the door and looked around that it was practically empty except for a few people sitting at the bar. Didn’t know if we were supposed to wait to be seated or seat ourselves. Guess it was seat yourself. Waitress was friendly, but after our food order was taken, things went downhill from there… Cook rang the bell for order up, but the waitress was too busy talking to another gal at the bar right next to the kitchen and then she was looking at her phone, 5 minutes later we had to ask her if we could have our food, which she brought over and apologized that she didn’t hear the bell. Apparently they didn’t have regular fries in stock so we were automatically just given “rosemary fries” instead, but we weren’t even asked if we wanted an alternative side since there are many other options to choose from. Our rosemary fries were lukewarm, so she just took off to have the cook make more, instead of giving us another option. The rosemary fries weren’t very good tasting and I would have preferred something else. The rest of our food was warm but edible. We were hungry so we just went ahead and ate anyway. I personally had the Wildcat Cheeseburger and unfortunately it wasn’t very good. The meat was dry, a little overcooked for my liking (didn’t have a choice of how I wanted my burger cooked), and it was quite salty, and in one particular bite of my burger it was very salty. Even though the waitress had asked me what kind of cheese I wanted on my burger, it didn’t have any cheese on it. I was really disappointed because I was hoping for a hot juicy cheeseburger. The rest of my family was disappointed with their food order too, mostly because it was warm from sitting out too long at the outgoing food station. I was embarrassed because I chose to go there with my family for my daughter’s birthday and it was honestly...
Read moreI recently costed this restaurant for lunch with my wife. I have lived locally in this area for over 2 years and this is my first visiting my sisters place. It seemed like your typical bar with you typical bar food, place was kinda cozy without feeling cramped waitress was very helpful and polite. I ordered a Escobar burger with consist of Pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, avocado spread, lettuce, tomato & onion with Southwest sauce. I opted out of the avocado since it wasn’t my thing but the burger itself was rather good the fries no so much tasted like seasoned fries from your local Walmart. But the burger was good enough tonight elicit a another visit from me...
Read moreThe wife and I had heard about the updates so decided to stop in for lunch. Do not be scared away based on the location. It is a small place, but they've made good use of the space. The decor is fun and there is a good selection on the menu. We split some cheese curds and I had the tenderloin with the cajun fries. The fries were awesome and the dipping sauce was good, although I preferred just some regular ranch. Service was a little bit slow so make sure you have plenty of time. The servers were not wearing masks, but at the time they had both the front and back doors open with a good...
