Turnpike Inn — Restaurant in Carneys Point Township

At first I like going here to the Turn Pike inn until one day I was 5$ short and someone helped me pay for it So I come and get dressed the following weeked to come to the bar to have a nice time as soon as I get there The bartender tells me she can't serve me and to call the manager Monday I was confused and very upset so I did just that .then when I called another bartender was rude to me. Once she told me that I was banned from the bar with no good explanation.All be cause I was short 5$ but the boss friend paid for it so what's really the problem?I told her that doesn't make sense she was very mean and rude to me told me it doesn't have to make sense.Then I stuck up for myself and told her I was coming in person to speak to the manager.Also I asked how much was i up to so far with the drinks? she said ughhh I don't know you keep asking that .at first I thought she was a nice lady but she is Evil.And God saw that and heard that Thank you for banding me I'm calling Human Resources Monday And I'm gonna tell them what what happened!I was never r rude or disrespectful and then gonna say I never top the girls...

I can tell this place has been around for a while. Probably even during my grandparents time. There’s just a certain feel with these old school bars. With that being said, this place is CASH ONLY, but they have an ATM inside. Usually it bothers me that businesses do this but given the age of the place, it kinda just feels right.

Pool table there is great and cheap to play on which is always a plus. The drinks were nice, cheap and even my girlfriend said it was the coldest corona she’s had from a bar. The food was normal bar food but it was really good and affordable. They do different specials depending on the day.

Our bartender was great, but sadly I don’t remember her name. She was super nice to everyone and just made you feel at home. Thanks...

I stopped by this place after driving by it all the time when I'm at work. I'd always see the banner advertising half price wings on Wednesdays. I finally made the trek over to check the bar out and was pleasantly surprised. I've heard good things about this place from time osme coworkers and they did not disappoint. The wings were fantastic and the beers were cold. The bar is kind of what I'd consider a 'townie' bar but all in all it was a neat little spot to hang out. If you're ever in town give this...
