The day staff seems to be the problem at this place. I ordered once during the day and the women rang me up, it was a 6” and I wanted to use my coupon to get it for $3.99, the coupon was expired and most Subways I’ve been too still take the coupon or use one they have or push what’s needed in register to make it $3.99, this women refused to take my coupon or make my sub $3.99 thru the register. And wanted full price which is apparently $7, to me that’s crazy expensive so I walked and I normally would just pay it. But not when with coupon even there 12” is $5.99 or less. Sad part is she could’ve made it $3.99 on her end and not lost my sale nor had to waste the food. I went another time at night and there was one guy work the whole store he was very friendly and helped me and my elderly mother with our order, we each tried to use our coupon separate bc they are often strict on “1 coupon per person”, he said “I don’t even need those coupons” he then rang us up with the cost being $1 less per sub than even the coupon said. So it again showed me that they have the power ti match any coupon without any coupon. I don’t know if he was the night manager or what but he was great and gave me a good price without having to mess with coupons. Read moreThe employees are grumpy and slow. They literally turned customers away because they "had too many orders". There were 5 customers in store. Including myself. I had a mobile order that had been placed 30 minutes prior. The service is slow. They were literally talking s* about my mobile order while I was standing there waiting for it. I used to work at subway, so I know how it is. We used to have lunch rushes lined up out the door and never turned anyone away. I would not act like this around and in front of customers and was really disappointed in my experience. Would not recommend.
**update. I'm approaching 30 minutes wait time, plus the 30 minutes from placing my order to when I arrived at the store. My mobile order was 8 sandwiches, 5 pizzas and one salad. We ordered 3 subs first I don’t think you should carry subs to toaster by stacking them on top of each other especially when work area has leftover food on it. We felt like we were a big inconvenience to the two girls working there and they spent more time communicating with each other than with us while they were working on our order . The 3 subs were not wrapped correctly and they were just dumped in the bag, no more individual bags for each sub?? The bag was soaked because of the amount of food that was dumped out in the paper bag then to top it all off the rolls were doughy definitely not made correctly also we were not given an option on type of bread .
