Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Carrboro

I love a good cheesesteak now and then, but I will try another business next time the craving hits. I ordered online, and the roll was a good size for an XL (split with one of my kids), but the meat was sparse. It was supposed to have peppers and onions, and I thought they had forgotten the peppers until I got to one of the last bites. And that was it - roll, some meat, onions (not too many, fortunately) and maybe a slice of pepper. No lettuce or tomato and no way to request it when ordering online. Such a disappointment and waste of $20!

UPDATE: Nice that the manager replied, but still doesn't negate that I paid almost $20 for a sub-par sandwich and how would you know it wouldn't come with lettuce and tomato - there is no option to add or delete with the website ordering. And 6 ounces of meat for the size that is basically 2 subs is...
