I’m from Miami, Florida and we love Colombian food. Unfortunately, my kids and I were left a bit disappointed with the food but the service was decent. I drove almost an hour to get to this location because I love sancocho. Some plates looked delicious, but the flavors were lacking. Their beef sancocho was not actually sancocho, instead it was a short beef ribs soup. It was basically what looked like boiled two beef ribs in chicken broth. I swapped it without tasting it for the menudo (tripe soup or what other Latinos call mondongo). It was good. My son ordered the chicken breast with fries, rice, and beans. The chicken came out very orange colored, almost like Mexican chicken with a fake flavored, strong orange color. He was immediately turned off, but the manager came over at that exact time and told him to taste it. He felt pressured and agreed to eat it. Then after like 15 minutes, my daughter got her abodo steak. It was salty and we told them about it, but the same manager came over and said that her staff had told her that they’re scared of our obvious disappointment that can be seen on our faces. I apologized to her and said that we had had a difficult family issue that morning, then I felt silly to apologize for the way we felt about their food. Overpriced, bad service, raw food, salty food, kids menu is a weird orange chicken. That’s in my attached picture. I went on October 10, 2021 No COVID-19 protocols at all from all their staff. The “natural” juices have lots of sugar and are way overpriced. Those are awful. I had to beg for the check and be cashed out. I literally had to drop my money in the table because the waiter and assistants never came to my table, I think this awful staff attitude was because I have 2 kids, but I was with a big group. They charged me 20% of the bill for tip but the waiter never attended us. Of course I felt offended and tip the minimum.

I have a son with a disability and their attitude and assistance was awful. I don’t ask for special treatment, I requested standard service. My son dropped his drink, and I never got any help for cleaning up. I mean I begged for a towel for doing it by myself and no one helped. I will never be back there and I highly recommend going somewhere else. One star is too much for this place If this place management ever reads this review, you’ll know it is true. I'm sure under other circumstances it would have been a great experience dining at this restaurant but not this time. I arrived at 12.15pm on a Saturday during my lunch hour. I first asked the lady that if I ordered ToGo it would take longer than 30 minutes she said no, and assured that my food would be ready in less time. I placed my order at 12.20pm Then suddenly a lot of people starting coming in as they had a lunch party programmed at 1pm, I would have been okay if the lady at the front was honest with me and said there was a long waiting time, I would then be okay with waiting or go somewhere else but she lied to me. it was already 1.10pm I asked someone to get the manager and he never showed up to talk to me. Then I had to ask another server to give me my money back since the lady that took my order went to hide in the kitchen and my lunch time was over and I had to go back to work. He said that he was going to go get the cashier but instead he came back out with my food at 1.15pm. In conclusion I waited 55 minutes to get my food, not even the people that was dining in waited that long. I was never rude to them but I feel like they were to me as they avoided me every single minute I was standing...
