Disappointed: money was refunded, but was a waste of time and money altogether. Since you asked for a detail response:I called your shop January 13, I received no answer and I got a call back from you wanting to do business with me. After a brief phone call I decided to take my electronic device to your shop for repair.I drove 25 minutes (one way)to your shop and dropped of the device on Jan 17 at about 6:30 p.m. On January 21 at 3:20 p.m. I received a text message, stating the device is still in diagnostic and I will get an update in 7 business days. I called the following week and I spoke to a lady and asked her questions about the service rendered. She was clueless and dismissive, I also asked to speak to Ali and I was informed that he was in a meeting. I requested he contact me. I received a phone call from Ali at about 3:30-ish that same day, he was upset, loud and talking over me. In the phone call, he claimed that one of their techs quit on him and that I should understand, they were very busy and overwhelmed, that I was rude to his wife and that he a was not going to be able to service my system anytime soon. After getting Ali to calm down I told him I was going to pick up my system on Saturday. At 4:21 p.m. of that same day, I sent Ali a text message stating that I was going to be at Fixtronics in morning to pick up my system. The following morning, I drove 25 minutes (one way) to Fixtronics and arrived at 10:00 a.m. Fixtronics was not yet opened, even though they had an open sign on and their hours of operations which states that they are to open at 10:00 a.m.: I went next door to game game stop and chit chatted with the sales associate. At 10:15 a.m. I went back to my car and sat in my car to continue to wait. I waited for another 15 minutes until I saw a red vehicle hurriedly park next to me. I waited in my car an extra 5 minutes to give Ali time to set up the registers and pre-open his place of business. I walked into the store and picked up my system and was refunded for the non-diagnostic that performed. -I gave Fixtronics a chance because Mr. Ali seemed to care about doing business. I was wrong. -As far as me â mouthingâ about any previous experience I had with any vendors, well AllĂ, Iâm a customer and if Iâm unhappy with a previous experience, then Iâm informing you so you will not make the same mistakes. -And if your employees, in this case your wife doesnât know how to deal with customers, then thatâs an internal problem, not something that should pass on to your customers like the lame excuse that you canât work in a system because your tech quit. also, I read some of the responses that were posted by the owner to his unsatisfied customers and they are Horrible . Itâs almost as if your customers are there to serve the business. Not the other way around. so you see...waste of time and money doesnât just apply to a business, it applies to customers time that they spend driving, gas and any other resources that are used just to conduct business at a place that may or may not have the professionalism, resources and attitude to be able to take care of their customers. Best of luck to you and your business. Hope I was...

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT COMPLETELY DESTROYED. I came in for a simple screen repair, and before they touched it, everything worked perfectlyâFace ID, Apple Pay, MagSafe, my data. After their so-called âfix,â my phone was completely unusable regarding the functions I mentioned.
These people are clueless, incompetent, and straight-up scammers. The technician messed up my wiring and the antenna (which, despite his complete ignorance, DOES EXIST). He had the nerve to argue with me and claim that the screen has nothing to do with Face ID, which is an outright LIE. Either they donât know what theyâre doing, or they just donât care that theyâre ruining peopleâs phones.
I took my phone straight to Apple, and after running a full diagnostic, they confirmed that these amateurs completely destroyed multiple key components, including: ⢠Apple Pay module â BROKEN. No longer detected. ⢠Ambient Light Sensor â BROKEN. No longer detected. ⢠MagSafe module â BROKEN. No longer detected. ⢠Baseband module â BROKEN. No longer detected. (Meaning my phone was no longer a phoneâit was a useless brick.)
At this point, my device was completely dead, just an expensive piece of trash. And hereâs the worst part: Apple themselves told me to NEVER get a screen repair from a third party, ESPECIALLY THIS PLACE, because they RUINED my phone beyond repair.
To make things even worse, the manager and employee were beyond unprofessionalârude, dismissive, and straight-up lying to my face. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they kept denying responsibility even though my phone was perfectly fine before they got their hands on it. No refund, no apology, nothing.
And letâs talk about their fake reviews. The only reason this place has decent ratings is because most of the reviews are completely fakeâprobably written by the scammers who run this place. DO NOT BE FOOLED. They are frauds who will take your money and destroy your phone.
This is a real review from first-hand experience today, and I am warning everyone: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. These scammers stole $150 from me and left me with a phone that was completely destroyed, forcing me to buy a brand-new one.
DO NOT TRUST THESE FRAUDS. They have no business touching anyoneâs phone.
LISTEN TO APPLE. STAY AWAY. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
UPDATE 2/12/25 : I still have the phone that the guy messed up. I just tried unlocking my phone and itâs not sensing the touch. Now itâs completely unusable because he didnât connect the screen properly, I canât open it or...
Read moreWe called the store July 4th around 3pm asking how much a screen repair would cost. The lady over the phone (even though she claims to not have said) told us it would be $159 taxes included. We then asked how long their repairs take and she told us it was would take 45 minutes to an hour. We then dropped off the phone around 4:20 but needed to pay for half of the service before, they then proceed to charge us $87. If you do the math that is more than half of $160 and would make our total $174 without tax and they had told the us it would be overall $180 with taxes. Never knew you could be taxed $20 dollars for repairs. We decided to skip past that red flag unfortunately. Next day comes by and we call to see how the process is going and we get told it will be done in the "next few hours.â We go into the store for clarification around 2:30 and the lady says it will be done towards the end of the day. We needed our phone by 4:30 since it's used for work. At 3:32 l myself decided to call see what was the hold up and why it was taking so long if repairs are 45mins to 1 hour. (they had been open since 10 am) She seemed to be understanding and says she's able to repair within that time frame. I then got a call 23 mins later (20-37 mins less than quoted) saying the phone was ready for pickup. When we arrived we were not pleased as the screen placed on the phone was extremely thick and appeared to be sticking out. We expressed our concerns and then she told us the different types of screens that we could've chose from. She never gave us those options when we asked about the repair. She offered us a refund if we would just rather keep our old screen and she took back hers, but still charged us more than half of the refund (50) for labor. She then gave us the phone back in worse condition than it was prior. What really ticked me off was when I, a person who has to deal with costumers constantly, and a paying costumer, tried letting her know for future reference to let her customers know the different types of options they have to offer beforehand. She then blames it on the ME saying I should've asked because of the price difference compared to Apples. Apple charges 250 for their original screen to be fixed and the lady proceeded to say that if they would've done the original iPhone screen her price of $180 would've been TRIPLED (540) Might as well buy a new phone! We only got 32 back in the end and have an appointment with Apple tomorrow.
(Those images are the extra damage she made to the original screen. The screen was only damaged from the bottom corner and wouldnât turn on. Now the screen comes on but has more...
