We went yesterday, January 23rd. It was our first time here, and we had high hopes, but it quickly went south. At first we paid for our meal at the front and when I waited for my change the lady at the register whispered to her coworker that it wasn't even that much she didn't know why I was still waiting. A lot of people mistake my ethnicity and think I'm not Hispanic but I definitely gave her a face and she quickly understood that I knew what she said and proceeded to tell me she was out of change and she would give it to me on the way out. Her drawer was full of change. Regardless my friend, his daughter, and I continued to the food. Our waiter was a great gentleman, he asked us if a table was ok and I asked for a booth instead mostly because of my friends daughter. He said not a problem but chose the single table that was dirty and told us to give him a minute and he would wipe it down. The problem was we had plates of food in our hands and it took him about 5 minutes to come back, meanwhile we are just standing there and can clearly see 3 other clean tables that were not taken or seated. After he came back and cleaned the table we sat down to eat, plenty of the food was good like the handmade corn tortillas but there were a couple that were not heated up to their correct temperature and were cold like the Chile rellenos or dry and you could tell just by looking at it that its been there fir a very long time and had not been changed out. It was a hassle to get refills as our server was hard to find at times and also left without us knowing until we flagged another server down. She was better and definitely on top of things and superb. When we were done we just walked out highly disappointed didn't ask for the change or anything. Won't be returning...

Where do I start. Came in and had to pay at the door which always gives me bad vibes. And of course I was right. Let’s start with the fact I paid over 100 for two adults 1 teen and two kids. Then I specifically asked for to go cups and to go plastic wear. I got neither… when I asked for it again I was told they didn’t have plastic wear which I thought was odd considering they do to go orders. So I went to the cashier and wouldn’t you know she pulls out to go plastic wear. Asked for to go cups AGAIN they brought me the smallest cups ever but still continued to bring me refills in the regular cup. They advertise enchiladas and I’m a lover of enchiladas I drove from Sunnyvale Texas to Carrollton just to try this new place and more so the enchiladas. Wouldn’t you know I get here and I’m told they NEVER have enchiladas. Once again I asked the cashier she tells me they only have them IN THE MORNING!!!!! Who has enchiladas in the morning and not at NIGHT AT DINNER??? The selection is plentiful I will say that but it lacked name tags to identify what was what so unless you know what it is you’re pretty much guessing. I had to ask a fellow customer what was what and I’m a lover of Mexican food my step mom was Hispanic and I grew up on homemade Mexican food and this was not close...

This place had potential, but our experience was disappointing. We spent about $150 for 4 adults and 2 kids, and to our surprise, we were even charged an entry fee for our 1-year-old. Honestly, that felt unreasonable—toddlers can’t eat a full meal like an adult, and like most parents, we share our food with them to avoid waste.

What made it worse was the unwelcoming attitude at the front. The older lady working the front desk didn’t greet us when we arrived or say goodbye when we left. Spending nearly $200, I expected at least decent customer service. Unfortunately, it wasn’t there, and it left us feeling uncomfortable. I can’t help but wonder if it had something to do with us being Latino.

“ there’s a Saying in Spanish el peor enemigo de un Latino es otro latino,”And that’s how we felt.

On top of that, we arrived at 5 PM, and many items were not restocked.

The only bright spot of our visit was our server, Kevin. He went above and beyond to take care of us and make the best out of the situation.

Unfortunately, this experience soured our impression, and I can’t recommend this place to...

11/28/24 1p OMG,👍👍Way Up, 5+Stars. $20 per adult Even thou they don't have no Stinken Senior Citizen discount. You still pay full price as if you're going to eat like a line backer. This is now my absolute favorite to go to All U can eat Mexican food Buffet . They have just about everything U can think of or at least try to. On 9 buffet tables and odd misc deserts . Trust me they have so much that it would take you several different visits to try out everything. The place is very clean, even the kitchen and no bugs crawling around. Clean restrooms and everything is always checked for any messes. If a mess occurs they have a team that is quickly on it and sanitized. The sitting area is fairly large with booths and four seat tables that can be joined together for ur large group. Pleasant atmosphere with Spanish music playing just right not to loud. With a large shopping center parking lot and on the bus line for locals which connects to the train for those that are further. So Yes it's definitely worth the money and time to come dine here and bring along friends. Enjoy 👍👍👌👏👏✌️🙋😃

Well, to be brutally honest I kind of didn't like the taste. I know when someone put their heart blood and sweat into their cooking when it comes to Latinos and Mexicans. Let me tell you my background. I'm black American but I was raised with Latinos, Mexican-American, Salvadorian, Puerto Rican, and people that are from Mexico originally. I tried majority of all the meats because I'm a meat person, I think I left about 4 that I didn't try. I really don't want to down it buuuuuuttt I'm going to have to say it tastes old and reused. The food pretty much blended together had no taste. I didn't like it. If you like quick food , then go. It wasn't my liking . I brought someone that was Mexican-American. And she too was like meh 🫤🫤. From a scale of 1 through 10. She gave a 6.5 out but for me at 4.5. don't get me wrong but pozole is ok, but it's not the best. I would rather go to a mom-and-pop hole in the Wall authentic restaurant. Sooo there you go.

I came here with my mom, overall it was a great experience. The food was really good, many way disagree, but it may just be because of likes and dislikes. The whole buffet had a huge amount of Mexican food, they also have fries and chicken nuggets. The drinks were delicious, they had an amazing amount of flavor. Waiters were nice and had on great uniforms, but they don’t check up on you as much if that is something you were wondering. Atmosphere overall was amazing with a great selection of music and having beautiful lights. Overall, this is a great place to have a meal with family or friends, I definitely recommend going.
