Wendy's — Restaurant in Carrollton

sometimes i ask myself: “lili, what makes a good burger? what really DEFINES a good wendy’s. why would i go here instead of the 706 other wendy’s in ohio…” and today i got my answer. i arrived at exactly 17:34 with my humble toyota car and went straight back out at 17:44. precision, friendliness, AMBITION! that’s how i would describe the wendy’s in carrollton. the food? immaculate. i never thought i could eat something called the triple baconator (3 patty 3 cheese bacon on top of each patty) completely guilt free. absolutely devoured it like there was no tomorrow. the lovely cashier (a 21 year old white woman that looks like the type to listen to taylor swift) at the register even went to my table to offer me the finest wet tissues ‘murica had to offer, it was such a patriotic experience. they got me through my stomach and they got me good. crisp and flavorful fries and fresh caesar salad that makes me feel like i’ve truly “veni vidi vici” i almost began to sing the the star spangled banner. i’m getting a little emotional just thinking about this. can’t help it, matey, am just a fella that loves me a good burger....

Maybe the most incompetent fast food stop ever. I pulled up placed my order which was the only thing they got righ. I pull up to the 1st window the total is wrong they tried to get me to pay someone else's order. I correct them and pay my order I pull to the next window window where they promptly tried to give me the wrong order again. Correct them again they hand me a bag and they forget my drink and fries. I wait for them to return to the window to get the rest of my orderI pull away grab a fry and it's ice cold. The fry felt like it had been sitting for an hour. I pull around tell them the issue sit through the line again for another 12 to 15 minutes get another fry As I'm pulling away it's cold Again. How hard is it to serve hot fries? I had an appointment to get to so no time to sit through the line a 3rd time. I pull away grab my sandwich and surprise surprise it's cold Congratulations Wendy's you literally couldn't get...

Just had too much stuff on the burger ! Thought it was a lettuce, tomato , pickle & sauce sandwich !! Keep it a burger, OK !! Service is typical of a Wendy's !

Second visit in a few years & I thought I was somewhete else ! The place is neat, clean, does not smell like a grease pit & the help seems to really care for what you need !! They were polite & got the order correct & it was the best burger I think I'"ve had in 2 years ! Music was the biggest surprise & personally I'd rather hear that style then almost anything else !! I think I've found my long looked for fast food stop in Carrollton !!! Only thing I am curious about is who hooks up the soft drink dispenser ?? The original Coke I got had aspartame in place of the sugar that is supposed to be in it ! Ok, I guess but gives me a headache & leaves a terrible tast !! Mistake or Government requirement ??? Any way it was a great visit & I definitely will...
