Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Carrollton

This is still my favorite pizza place !! Just need to back down on the ceiling fan speed in colder weather !! Good deals matching good food !! Great place to just quietly enjoy some great food !!

Been a few weeks since we got a chance to stop for a lunch brrak & was not teally surprised that it was still a great pizza & the waitress was still smiling & happy to see us again !! Lots of other places have not been able to keep help lately & it's nice to have someone greet you like an old friend rather then just another customer !! Maybe the ad is still living up to the hype !! ( at least it is here ! 😊 )

Went for an early supper ( late lunch) yesterday after a Dr visit & all the normal servers were either off or gone !! They wrre new at it & a bit nervous !! Got one order either mis-interpreted or mis read & as my luck goes it was my order ! After waiting another 20 minites they brougjt the correct request & it was just as good as usual. Understandable that rookies make errors & we probably made errors when we started a new job, I have no valid complaints ! Just remember if they make an error that we probably did too !! ☺

Another Dr. visit & another chance at great pixxa !! Our favorite waitress was still here , remembered us & was happy to see us back !! Ordered the usual & was enjoying a great quiet late lunch !! The only thing I don't care for is the HIGH cost of a soft drink !! Still the best Pizza place in town !! Love it !!...

Ordered pizza online and it said it would be ready in 10-20 mins. Pulled in less than 15 mins after I placed order. Paid for pizza and the guy said it had a few mins left and had us pull over to parking spot because there was someone behind us. 15 mins later still no pizza so I called inside and the same guy answered the phone acted like he didn't recall telling is to pull forward, and handed the phone to someone else. They said it just came out of the oven and I was like no way I've been sitting him for 15 mins. Manager was kind and offered to give us our money back or...

I want to thank the employees working at Pizza Hut Carrollton oh on 9/28/20 at 1:45 pm for their integrity and honesty, they made a minor mistake and caught it their self and went above and beyond to make it right when most people would forget about it. Everyone makes mistakes but these employees was honest and I’m very thankful for that , this world needs people like these employees. I just hope Pizza Hut realizes that employees like these are valuable assets to the company. I respect Pizza Hut...
