Wendy's — Restaurant in Carrollton

I don’t know why I keep giving this establishment chance after chance. But I think after this experience. I may be done with this restaurant for good. I have been a long time Wendy’s customer for many years. I went on Friday 7-28-23 at 9:50 to get food. The lady who was working the drive thru was rude and disrespectful. I order a number 1 with Chesse and mayo only only for her to say repeat that. I had to repeat my stuff at least 4 times before I said fine I’ll go the window. So I went to the window and she wants to argue with me about how I needed to speak up. Isaid excuse me she said you heard me I said let me speak to your manager she said she was the manager at least she claims to be the manager. Well if you manager then why are you treating your customers like this. I could just image how she treat her employees.. And this isn’t the first time she has been rude to me. She needs to be fired actually everyone working there needs to be fired. They are nothing but racist. I think they hate black people. Cause I’ve notice when another race comes they are nice but when people of color comes they have attitude problems. They even act like this when I’m picking up food for uber eats. I’m tired of it. One phrase came to mind on my recent trip for a late night snack. OK Wendys, "Where's the Beef?" ( man I miss those commercials. ) Anyway... I don't mind that the SON of baconator is small. I order it because it's small.. I think 3 bucks for it is a fair enough price. But 13$ for the combo. Shaking my head. I had planned to go to mc Donald's but the line was around the building .I didn't want to sit in that at 1145 at night. I stumbled across this wendys up the street and immediately started craving my favorite fast food burger. After placing my order in the drive through I heard the total and I immediately wanted to cancel. But I'm hungry and the lady seemed nice so I begrudgingly handed over my hard earned money. Iwas asked to pull ahead but within hyatt a minute or two my food was delivered. The second I grabbed the burger from the bag I regretted spending so much. The Luke warm fries only added to my disappointment. The cashier returned quickly with my Mayo that she had remembered as she was handing me my back and she returned inside to retrieve some. Thank you so much for not forgetting!!! The flavor of the burger did not disappoint and my raspberry tea...

Dinora or whatever her name is was rude at the window. I ordered a oreo frosty and a BROWNIE frosty thinking it had BROWNIES because hello it clearly says BROWNIE frosty. I asked her before I left if she had put extra brownies since they CHARGED me for them and she said yes. I end up mixing it up to look for the brownies and clearly there is none, so I go back to tell her. Then she explains it’s only brownie batter sauce, so i tell her to just give me another oreo frosty. She then makes it and hands it to me, i ask her one more time if she made sure it had extra oreos since i was CHARGED for it. I get home and there is only ONE tiny piece, like it’s cool if you didn’t want to put extra but why charge me? i’m never coming back...
