I tend to go with a two strikes consecutive rule when it comes to rating a restaurant. Two bad visits in a row warrant the deduction of a star or more depending on how serious the issues are. It takes multiple good visits to restore those lost stars. That having said, KFC has served me nothing but excellent meals since my last negative experience with them on 7/6/25.
After eating there around 4 or possibly 5 times since then, finding nothing wrong with the quality of food or service, my review has been bumped up again to all 5 stars as it was for a long time prior.
To the staff: thanks for the great service, smiles, helpfulness, speed, and ensuring a quality experience all around. It means the most in these trying times we find ourselves in.👏
Please continue to check for any old rotten pies (see the pictures included to compare what a bad pie looks like versus a good one. I'd not eat one looking like that. One bite was enough to make me feel queasy! It was most likely shoved to the back of wherever they're kept for days. One biscuit was a petrified jawbreaker biscuit. I pity anyone ordering online that end up stuck with this quality of food or worse for lunch...
Read moreLukewarm chicken? Hell no! Why accept that when you paid for fresh hot chicken? Sounds like a manager commenting on the page to make his/her company look good when it's horrible! Chicken should be hot held and discarded if it's no longer fresh, not sitting on the side for 15, 20 mins.
Night shift blew me out of the water with their BS, I ordered crispy chicken and they tried to convince me to order something I did not want by telling me I'd have to wait 20 mins then later changed it to 30 mins all because they turned the fryers off an hour or two earlier before closing time, uh hello, you still have customers! We don't want your original chicken that always seem to have batter falling off the chicken! Then the cashier at the drive through window deliberately got our order wrong and gave us exactly what we didn't ask for after we waited 30 mins, thank you idiot!
We gave you all bad reviews and we are not spending our hard earned money at this location again.
Your all not in the food industry because you love to serve food, your in it for the money but you don't want to be there, so just do us all a favor and effin quit before someone gets sick...
Read moreBefore they were short staffed the customer service was slacking immensely. 9 times out of 10 they either mess up my order, the chicken was hard and dry (like it’s been sitting out for a while) or they take forever to get you you’re order. This is on top of being rude. I still come to KFC however because certain items when they are made freshly and correctly are worth taking the chance but now there is this issue;
Online says they close at 10 pm, they still have a sign posted saying 10 pm. 3 days in a row I have tried to go to KFC, I am pregnant and Have cravings but I am also a nurse and work 12 to 16 hour shifts quite often. Apparently they now close at 8:30pm. For closing an entire hour and a half early they should have it posted online and have a better sign outside stating very CLEARLY that they close that early and also turn off their lights the second they close.
