El Super Mexican food — Restaurant in Carson

I really loved going to this place during my high school experience. Recently I visited again the prices have risen. It use to be 5.00 to 5.50 for a plate of food, now its 6.00, some plates are 9$. The refills use to be free it's about 0.50 cents now for refills. The place has gonna through updates. The menu has a much cleaner look, their sign outside has a new update. Overall everything about it is pretty much the same as I remember, just higher prices and a updated look. Which is great! I remember this place gets really packed, around 3:00 (The time students leave school). I'm not sure if its still that way, but if you come here go before 3pm and around 5 Pm to avoid the onslaught...

Ok service might be a bit on the slow, she’s one woman after all however. Wow does she deliver the goods. I was born there. Grew up here, so finding the flavor profile that hits every note is rare. She hits all the notes & then some. Wanna say “todos a la chingada!” Then go here!! The food is very good and her skills are too...

I went in and there was one person running the restaurant. I brought to the counter 3 drinks. He told me 450. I hand him a 5 dollar bill. He grabbed it. I asked him my 3 drinks cost 450 and it had to be 350. He said oh...yea sorry and handed me my change. He continued making food. With the same hands, he touched...
